The food could be good all the time but unfortunately it depends who's preparing it. Above all the tostada salads, they should be the easiest thing to mange but apparently it is not

So, most important is the food. Well, you'll be happy to hear that it's totally edible. I rated it a 3/5 because it's safe but very mediocre. I ordered their regular chicken and their habanero. The regular was dry, which was a good trick as it had just come off the grill. The habanero tasted like a spicier Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce. Very Mexican it wasn't. The sides were equally dull and poorly seasoned.

Service was a 2/5 experience....

Me and my Children loved this place . We all loved the atmosphere here . Welcoming crew and everything tasted awesome. My children are picky eaters but when they tasted el pollo loco food they had seconds and that itself is a compliment. Thank you el pollo loco for providing us customers with amazing food and staff . Especially a clean place to eat 20/10 overall….
