They scanned my promo code, and wanted to charge me more because she scanned my code and did something to make it disappear. She wanted to rescan the code, but it was used already, so she just wanted to charge me full price. I left without food and paying them a dime.

It's the healthiest fast food around. It's a limited menu of awesome chicken, sides and a few extras. Staff is fantastic. Atmosphere? Come on, it,s fast food. But i've eaten in at El Pollo many times.

I used to eat here a lot. And I decided to come back here tonight, and for a company to change the size of their salad dressing container and then charge you extra for another one is terrible. You have already cut the original amount down. Now you're charging extra for what you used to give out originally? This is the first location I've ever had this happen to me and I will never be back. I'll be sure to let all my friends and family know not to go here as well.

In the drive thru 10:40PM on 1/24, the girl said they only serve rice and beans at that time. When i asked when they stop cooking chicken because their website says they close at 11 SHE SAID THEY STOP COOKING CHICKEN AT 8PM!I will never return to this location.
