El Pollo Loco is a restaurant that has been serving flavorful chicken for many years. Some customers have mixed feelings about the food, with one describing it as "so so" and the sauces not being great. However, a long-time fan of the restaurant praises the consistent flavor of the chicken, reminiscent of the original location in Los Angeles. The restaurant is currently undergoing construction and remodeling, and the prices have increased, leading some customers to stick to simpler menu items. Despite the changes, the food is still considered decent for fast food, with customers recommending the chicken avocado burrito and the Original Pollo Bowl. The restaurant also offers a kid-friendly environment and is wheelchair accessible.
