I stumbled across this spot while trying to get cash from the Chase ATM nearby. What a lucky find! Quick friendly service. Super clean restaurant. I had a chicken meal that was bursting with flavor. The chicken is amazingly well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Very tasty and not dry. I had the beans and coleslaw. Both very tasty. Plenty of parking. Price for amount of food very reasonable.

Without a doubt service was terrible. The food was nasty. The beans taste like crap the rice was dry no flavor. Yes for salsa or hot sauce they have none. I wouldn't recommend going there at all nobody could answer any questions that I asked about their food because I'm allergic to butter. On a bright note the only thing that was okay was the two flour tortillas they gave I only wish I had something to put on it. My recommendation close that El Pollo Loco down or get new management in there.

I give this El Pollo Loco location 0 stars. The service was horrible. No customer service at all. I ordered the 8 piece family meal for me and my mom. The lady who said that she is the manager refused to give us our drinks that I paid for. She said it's her policy that I have to wait for my food. I paid almost $40 for a meal and paid additional for drinks. Drinks do not come with their family meal deal. I asked her why did she want to control when we have our drinks. I paid for it. She finally gave us our cups after she argued with me about it. This is so unacceptable. I had very bad experience. Some young kid that was probably about 18 didn't put salsa in the bag with the order for our tortillas. He only gave us green sauce and then he just threw our sides in the bag all sloppy. The coleslaw was spilling out of the container. After our order was ready he was just letting our order sit in the bag for like a extra minute before he handed us our food. The restaurant is disgusting. We didn't want to eat there. I didn't notice how bad the restaurant was until after I ordered my food... I drove there and wanted to dine in but we just decided to get the order to go. We will never eat here again. I wouldn't doubt if this location has roaches. It was just filthy. The Health District should close this location down...or please bring back dirty dining and shut this location down. Store #6019. It was so bad I wanted a refund but didn't want to cause a scene. I explained my concerns to the manager. She said that they are under staffed and she hardly works at that location. She should hire more people or something. There is no excuse for being rude and not cleaning every now and then. It was my first time there but someone else said that the lobby is always dirty at this location. Orders are a priority but your fast food restaurant should be kept sanitized and clean. It was nightmare on Elm Street. Choose a better location. Nobody should ever eat here.

The staff needs to review it, more than 10 people had to return us, we will reserve what the manager did to us who is an older Mexican and rude lady! Apart from the fact that he doesn't want to sell the combos, only everything you order separately. No chicken loco in Las Vegas does that. I think he is taking advantage of overcharging. Besides, that is the only crazy chicken where the tables are always dirty in the eastern one and the manager is an older lady. Great care!

I have always liked this location. I've been here several times over the last 5 years. I've never had an issue with using paper or digital coupons. Food is ready very quickly, staff is cordial, and the eating area always appears clean (I always get the food to go, though).

Don't order from the kiosk! They recently replaced the human order takers with ordering kiosks. Today I went in, went through the ordering process on the screen and paid with cash. It gave back the change but then the screen said Order Failed, Try Again. So I did, but then it returned to the payment screen. WTF!? I'm not going to pay a second time!! I had to get a human to redo the order. From now on I'll go to the drive thru.

First issue came last week with a pickup order that was not correctly marked, neither the person picking up nor the casher verified the order meaning one large and full bag was left behind. Leading to a $70 bill for a take out dinner for 2 of the intended 6 people. Staff adamantly offered meal replacement, no thanks I already had to figure something else out. Finally agreed to a refund for their error. Approaching a week with no refund after jumping through hoops with 4-5 different people all saying the refund is in process. Finally got an email from corporate saying the refund process has been initiated , after having to email corporate directly last night (since they couldnt do a refund in store for some reason and the store manager and DM were doing nothing). Second issue came with giving a second chance tonight. Drive through order, placed at window and picked up through drive thru. Asked for no onions on tacos and no avocado on burrito, was not told we couldnt make changes and those requests are listed on our receipt as if they would follow through. Guess what we got? Onions in the tacos and avocado in the burrito. Im glad I just dont care for avocado, not that I have an allergy to it, as i was a few bites in before I tasted/saw it.
