Ellis Island Barbecue Reviews
My wife and I had an awesome time playing here! We stayed on the strip, and gravity kept pulling us back to Ellis Island to play! Ron, Derek, Jody, and Renee were a blast to play craps with! Ellen quickly remembered our drink order, and always delivered them with a smile. (She didn’t even have to ask at the beginning of day 2)

Ellis Island Barbecue is a well-known restaurant in Las Vegas, renowned for its delicious baby back ribs, chicken, and quick service. The restaurant offers a lively and entertaining dining experience, with trivia, casino, and beer available for customers.
The restaurant is praised for its generous portions of tasty BBQ, though some customers recommend sharing the large servings. The baby back ribs and BBQ chicken, which falls off the bone, are particular highlights. The menu also includes other classic dishes like chili soup, shepherd's pie, and fish and chips, all at affordable prices.
Customers appreciate the friendly and efficient staff, as well as the daily specials that offer good value. While the restaurant may not always be the busiest, it remains a popular choice for those seeking an entertaining dining experience in Las Vegas. The only potential drawbacks mentioned are the parking structure, which can be cramped, and the slightly confusing location due to ongoing construction.
Overall, Ellis Island Barbecue is known for its great food, service, and value, with customers praising the prime rib and ribs as excellent. The restaurant's old-school charm and lively atmosphere contribute to its appeal, making it a hidden gem worth visiting in Las Vegas.
