What a beautiful restaurant! They have walls and walls of wine - the list is extensive.
They know their menu, are super careful with food sensitivities and OMG the flavour. Affordable for such a fine restaurant on the strip.
I chose poorly for pairing my wine (my fault) and they even offered to swap it out with the wine I had lamented about not pairing with. They changed my dish out completely for my dietary restrictions and made us feel welcomed the entire meal

Doug and his team were excellent. They provided us legendary service for our birthday visit.
Went to the Friends experience and decided to grab some starters after. We had the gumbo, flat bread and dumplings. All very tasty !

Server was extremely attentive...we had the bass for too and it was seated perfectly. The grilled asparagus seasoned perfectly and the banana pie delicious.
We had dinner there to night and the gumbo was excellent and the wife had the chicken was amazing, Walter was our waiter and he was amazing, very friendly, helpful and was right on with his knowledge of the menu

We are celebrating our 40th birthday, and they delivered. We asked for recommendations and chose to eat instead of drink our calories, which I think was a good call, because even with that, we left a lot of scraps. One really nice thing was that they split everything appropriate for us. They also brought us a birthday macaron, which was lovely except for the worst buttercream filling I've ever had (but my mom makes wedding cakes so I'm picky) and next time I'd skip the table bread.

The experience at Emeril Lagasse's Fish House was impressive. The food was off the charts good, customer service was second to none, and the ambiance was refreshing.
We were there for my birthday dinner. Food, service, drinks and atmosphere were excellent. Emeril thank you for my birthday dessert and card.

We came to celebrate my mother in law's birthday...the service and food were absolutely superior!!
It's hard for me to write a poor review as we have always had a great experience until recently. Restaurant traffic was light, service was good but wait time for food was considerable. Menu is tired for us. Ambiance is nice, noise level is low so easy to converse. Husbands salad was tired at best, few fresh sprigs with much wilted greens below.....he did not eat/should have sent back. Halibut special: didn't like preparation and was fishy and small in size. No more pecan pie.... ? New Orleans restaurant without pecan pie?! Overall expensive ($350) dinner that didn't live up to past expectations. We had better meals elsewhere....too much to pick from while in Vegas.
Food and service where excellent We got 3 course meals with vine pairing which was great choice
Server was a bit too pushy on up selling every possible drink and special. The NY steak special tasted spectacular, but the price was not shared. I should have asked. Sticker shock when the bill came. Just the steak was $304.00. That is way too much to not communicate when you share the special.
Micheal was very knowledgeable about the restaurant. He paired a great wine for dinner, it was amazing. The Oysters, Chilean Sea Bass, and Pecan crusted Red Fish was perfectly fitting for a vacation dinner.
