Honey glazed chicken fingers and pork dumplings was our food choices. It was elevated bar food. The dumplings had a fun design, and the chicken was fried and glazed perfectly. Very tasty!
Oh Charissa, what a special person! As we watched her take care of her clients we came to a conclusion. She doesn't serve people, she connects with them. Her attention to detail is spot on. She took our empty plates and left the dipping sauce for the remainder of the food that wasn't on the plate. I've had to ask many servers to leave sauces when taking plates away when the meal wasn't finished.
We made it a point to visit her every night. She recommended great drinks and had us smiling the whole time.

Worst manager, Michael or Chris? Why he should be fired: 1) lies - I asked a contact number for customer service, he gave a random number instead of actually number. He gave his another name when I asked his name. I am confirmed by other night shift manager. What is his name? Big tall manager? 2) he did not serve any customer and just looked down their employee and customer.

Really chill spot with yummy food and a nice view of the casino floor. Those Shrimp tacos were so good! We ordered another round. I also got the tuna tartar with some Gin and Tonics. Really good service and drinks. I like that it’s in the middle of floor so you can casually come in and out while watching all the people go about their day

Unfortunately, we found the policy of requiring a credit card on file before ordering to be quite off-putting — especially at a restaurant within a five-star hotel. While our server was pleasant and the ambiance of the Wynn remains exceptional, this policy felt jarring and not in keeping with the level of service I had once experienced here.
I had just finished telling my wife about the incredible service and quality I remembered from a previous stay for a wedding years ago, but this visit fell short of those expectations. We ultimately chose to dine elsewhere. While the concierge team we spoke with afterward was excellent, the overall experience left us feeling disappointed. We had been considering staying at the Wynn for our next trip, but we’ll likely stick with the Bellagio.

Even the hot tea was served and presented at a higher level. The martinis even had a heavy metal type olive spear. Not just a toothpic. I know... not a big deal, but the small details make the experience better. The food was good as well. Easy access to the Encore tower elevators, so you won't get lost after a few drinks.

We had to stay hungry and wait for our food for over 30 mins. What’s more, it was hard to get the waitress’ attention. And when we were about to pay, we were asked by the waitress to order a minimum one drink per person, which we were not informed by the restaurant/bar prior to ordering. When we said we were very tired and can’t drink, the waitress still insisted on urging us to order two bottled waters. I can’t believe Wynn/ Encore, a five star hotel let clients experience this. It is ridiculous!

My husband and I loved spending time here during our three-day visit. The customer service is exceptional,fast, friendly, and attentive.
The drinks and coffee were consistently excellent, with every order crafted to perfection. While the snacks were just okay, the quality of the beverages truly stood out.
Conveniently located right in the lobby, the bar is easy to access and has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. We found ourselves returning here often, enjoying the ambiance and the fantastic service. Highly recommend the Lobby Bar if you’re looking for a great spot to relax with delicious drinks and top-notch service at Encore!
