We arrived late at night and decided to explore a bit around the hotel. The Lobby Bar at Encore Las Vegas was perfect since it’s open 24/7 — such a great find! The Lobby Bar in the Encore Resort is outstanding. The food and drinks are exceptional. I highly recommend the spicy pork dumplings.
