“The food is outstanding—rich, flavorful, and authentic. Every dish is perfectly seasoned, with generous portions that make it easy to share.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s a place where you can enjoy a casual meal or settle in for a longer evening with friends and family.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to guide you through the menu if you’re new to Ethiopian cuisine.“

“If you're looking for authentic Ethiopian, this is a great choice. The Lamb Awaze Tibs were delicious and the Veggie Platter was very fresh. My only critique would be the portion of the Doro Wot; it only included one leg piece, which left us wanting a bit more protein for the table.
That said, the ginger tea is a must-try, and the staff is wonderful. Our server went above and beyond to explain everything to us.“

“Got the agelgil for takeout—it’s huge, easily feeds 3–4 hungry people for $50. Really tasty, everything in it is great. The injera here is some of the sourest I’ve ever had which I loved. Good vibe inside even though the exterior betrays that a bit. Would gladly return Updated from previous review on 2026-03-11“
“They serve vegan and meat-based options, both of which are outstanding. It's so nice my partner and I both love this place and offering. The 6veg plate with injera is outstanding and so reasonably priced! Try it you'll be glad you did.“
“It’s really amazing store and excellent customer service you got what you need 100 percent very good place.“

“When Merkato closed some years back, I gave up on the hunt for good Ethiopian food.. One of my best friends let me know about this gem that I seemed to have looked over. BEST ETHIOPIAN FOOD IN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS.
My favorite dish is the awaze tibs. They did not disappoint. Flavor was ON POINT! They served the lamb without bones as well.. major plus! I have eaten twice through delivery and food came at perfect temp. They serve a plentiful helping! Do yourself a favor… grab a bite!“

“omg so me and mother are driving to oregon from texas and my family lives in Las Vegas so we stopped here to spend time with them.on our journey. they asked meast night what I wanted to eat and the only thing I could think of that (I didnt cook) was ethiopian food. I had a feeling that Vegas would have some delicious ethiopian food and omg I was so right!!! not only was this place super affordable ,but her vegetable combo included multiple different types of lentils, 100% teff injera and it was spicy spicy spicy. extremely traditional, while still being DELICIOUS. it was so good I called the restaurant back AFTER I devoured it and a woman named Alaine answered and she assured me she prepared it AND the restaurant is owned by her!!! I am extremely humbled and would recommend to anyone in vegas or anyone passing through vegas. 10 stars!!!!“

“First time eating Ethiopian food. It was amazing. Had the 5 item combo. No forks no knives just injera bread. Try the tea too.“

“The workers were very nice, the place is very clean, the food size is fair to the price and very delicious. Me and my wife had baobab drink: freshly made and mainly homemade taste.
My wife said:”we will only eat there anytime we are in Las Vega”.
Thank you for proudly cooking African meals.“
