We bought a voucher from Groupon. The navigation took us to a strange building, which is not called Express Kitchen, but has another name. Through the windows everything inside looked very dim. The door was locked and you had to ring the bell to open it. The whole thing didn't inspire much confidence. We decided not to go in, but to eat somewhere else and return the voucher to Groupon and ask them to take a closer look at the provider.

I miss the original owners! They had the best french fries, and the food was always good and consistent. The food now is disgusting! I tried it twice and ordered different things, and everything was gross and went in the trash.

We just called to place an order and the owner picked up like it wasn't a pizza place, put me on hold and forgot to hang up but was cussing at the employees in the background sounded chaotic. I hung up..Very unprofessional i miss the old owners. After the new owners left i tried to eat here but was turned away. Then this. I tried to give another chance but if it's not one thing. It's another. Never again will i come back....and this used to be my go to place for pizza. Marcos pizza is better.

Terrible food and even worse service. Offered a replacement to our undercooked, reheated, and cold food only to be told that they couldn't find our address even though they had no issues with it earlier not only that but they took over an hour just to tell us we had to come pick it up either way. Save yourselves the money and spend it on someone who can make edible food.

The atmosphere is definitely not my liking but take the food to go…Maybe you go to a restaurant and it’s not perfect At least this restaurant the owner takes ownership of the mistakes What restaurant is perfect I think when some one gives a horrendous bad rate stay home and make your own

The food is very bad. It smells like heather rubber and I think they buy frozen patties and reheat them and then put them in sandwiches. I had the chicken sandwich and I made me sick to my stomach.

Just absolutely gross. Do not order from this place, you will absolutely regret it. And no, I don't want a free meal on you guys or any kind of credit no one does. We are just mad we wasted our money here and want to warn others. Yall should be put out of business. Absolutely terrible.
This is a bar with a kitchen in it...no wait staff, you have to order at a window like at a take out joint...we had the lasagna and it wasn't bad...to be honest it tasted like Stauffers Lasagna in a tin foil holder..it came with salad and bread...the bread is like a small French roll wrapped in foil We had a Group on so it was cheaper than the menu price

Went downhill with the new owner. Gave them two tries and the wings are yak! Soggy and not cooked well enough. Ranch from a jug. No good anymore.

Dad and I had the spaghetti and meat balls. Yuck is what best describes it. Sauce was bad, meatballs were flavorless. Served in a round aluminum tin, so it was probably frozen. Never again is all I can say. Room smelled of stale cigarettes.

Worst pizza ever, basically a frozen pizza with whatever toppings, the wings are even worse. With chicken feathers still on the wings and broken bones. Very small too. The wings were fried with the broken bones and feathers on so not ideal at all. I can make better wings at home with store bought frozen wings. Prices are way too high for what they deliver. Terrible place to eat and will not be going back. I’m not even a food connoisseur but I know this place is not worth going to
