Food was amazing. Ordered some food but it Wasn't quite ready yet, I didn't mind! The fresher the better! but I told them I'd be back and I'll just be across the street at another business. Today Opulicious nourished my soul.Edit: two years after visiting Vegas and Opulicious I have not been able to come anywhere near to experience the flavor, texture, and freshness of tuna that I had at Opulicious. I dream about this place. It will be the first place I go if I ever touch down in Sin City again.

I bought the ahi belly special and the kalua pig and squid luau combo plate. I took the ahi belly home to my dad and he LOVED it! I had the kalua pig and squid luau plate. It was opulicious!!
