Went to pick up an online order 15 minutes after it was ready thinking it was plenty of time only to find out that they forgot to make one of the pizzas. The guy who was checking me out didn’t apologize. Placed an order online and was quoted 15-25 min. Looks like there is 1 guy working cuz I waited in the lobby for about 10 min before someone even appeared. It's been 25 min since I ordered and he said my pizza is just going in the oven. This place needs to get more staff, there's several customers waiting.
If I’m being 100% honest, before moving to Vegas 2 years ago I would’ve never guessed that I’d ever be leaving a full on 5 Star Review for a Pizza Hut Location. Not only has the Pizza been cooked perfectly and delicious every time at this location, the wings have followed exactly the same every time as well.
