Walked in and passed the ordering kiosks, something new for me at Taco Bell. Stood at the counter for a few minutes and made eye contact with a few team members, but no one approached to provide service or point out the kiosks. My first time trying this location. Did a mobile order, and they forgot the chips. The potato soft taco tasted like the potatoes were old, and some of the cinnamon twists were hard as well. Not sure if I will try this location again or go back to the old one on Eastern and Sunset.
