Came to this location and this is the garbage I got back 5 hard shelled tacos were all in pieces and the Mexican pizza was soggy and I couldn't even hold it I had to eat it with a fork. By far the worst experience ever at Taco Bell. Do not go to this location!

They just don't pay attention to what a customer wants. They don't pay attention. What type of sauce to put in the bag down to no gosh? Damn sour cream on a freaking taco when you're allergic. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. They should have a damn college degree, Because they never know what the heck is going on. I have gone into anaphalactic shock twice. Because these people don't get it together next time I will sue. I have called the manager on this and what I was told I would receive was a free meal. Who wants a free meal when it's a health concern. I definitely would never recommend going here.

Proud of you girls doing the work you do and maintaining such a pleasant nature. It's hard, and you both handle it with grace. Wishing you both bright, bright futures.Taco Bell is Taco Bell. 3.5 stars food. To the franchisee: match my review back to the schedule and give those women a raise. They are the heart of your store.

Walked in and passed the ordering kiosks, something new for me at Taco Bell. Stood at the counter for a few minutes and made eye contact with a few team members, but no one approached to provide service or point out the kiosks. It wasn't until another customer came in and stood beside me, and we both noticed the kiosks at that time and placed our order. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience this particular day. "If you see the eye, say Hi" should be a training slogan for customer service.

My first time trying this location. Did a mobile order, and they forgot the chips. The potato soft taco tasted like the potatoes were old, and some of the cinnamon twists were hard as well. Not sure if I will try this location again or go back to the old one on Eastern and Sunset.

It was said that their dine in will close at 10:00pm. We came here before 9:30 pm and the omploye tells us they don't have any more fries, potatoes or even chicken. Shouldn't they have all the items available until the closing time?

Showed up at 6:30 pm to eat inside, for some odd reason they were closed. Three ladies were just sitting inside talking. When I tried to ask them if they were open they just stared. Normally I wouldn’t care but the incompetence was unreal. Do better.
Super friendly staff and clean inside and reasonable prices. The cashier Lady was really nice and helpful. The drive-thru was very fast.
