Consistency is the word I think of when I eat Famous Dave’s bbq in Los Angeles the local bbq spots like Woody’s,Philips,Kennny’s I feel take the community for granted serving old bbq and switching back and forth the Pete’s links with some cheap link that’s to hot and still charging a high price. I’m done with the old local spots in the hood I will just have drive a mile or two out to Dave’s bbq.
