Fatburger is a great spot if you are looking for a Burgers, Chicken Sandwhiches, Fries, Onion Rings, Hot Dogs, or Milk Shakes. Its easy to get to in the food court at Red Rock casino, and close to the parking gargae elevators by the movies or bowling. Whether its for a casual lunch or some drunk eats after a show. This time I ordered the XL burger and added cheese, bacon, and fried egg. It was cooked to perfection, as the burger was cooked to order, and the topping all tasted fresh. It is a little pricey for a food court burger, but I am always to happy to pay a little more for a good quality product.

I ordered through Door Dash on a Tuesday evening (5:58 PM). At 6:28 I was tired of seeing the driver was still waiting so I called the store and asked if they were busy… “No, not at all…” — 2 burgers, 1 fries and 1 shake — ridiculous that it took over 30 minutes to process that order and hand off to the dasher who had been waiting g for over 20 minutes. Come on Management — You can do much better.

The wait was long almost as if they'd forgotten about our order. We also noticed once we got back to our room that our burgers didn't have the toppings we requested & we didn't feel like standing back in line to reorder. There were a lot of ppl ordering so the staff and cooks seemed a bit rushed, and multiple ppl weren't claiming their orders when they were called.
Parking: This location is inside of Red Rock casino so you have to walk in from the parking garage/valet.

Food/Taste/ - Large Fatburger and a Chili Cheese Fat Fries. The fatburger was not fat in any way, shape, or form. It was actually a much smaller burger than we expected for $11.25. A fairly clean burger where you can really taste the beef patty but not too special. The chili cheese fries were good but was hoping for a bit more chili since the bottom fries were eaten almost completely plain. - fast food service so it's quick but not the most friendly. She asked if we wanted cheese on the burger and we replied yes. However, we realized it was an extra charge of over $1.50 so we asked for it to be removed and she huffed before removing it. - a little kiosk in the food court. The overall food court is spacious and clean. The food menu's font or color doesn't have the best contrast so it's harder to read until you're fairly close to the counter.Value for - yummy food and quick service but for just over $21, we were quite disappointed. Could get better food at this price point or cheaper food with similar quality and taste.

I will never eat at this Fatburger again. Ordered a turkey burger combo. When the staff called my number, I came up to get my burger. She actually did not want to hand it to me unless I confirmed with my receipt. Granted there were other who came for their order when their number was called but she did not do this to them. Seems discriminatory. I think this was a sign from the Universe not to eat the food.I tried to eat the burger. It tasted awful. Not the toppings or bread, but the burger itself. I should have demanded my refund but I took a loved one out and did not want to make a fuss. Plus I was not sure if it was my taste buds were acting up. The fries were ok. So was the drink. I only had two bites and stuffed it back in the bag. Have it sitting in my fridge. Should get it tested.I got food poisoning. This is my 3rd day fighting nausea, stomach sickness. Had to take 3 days off from work too.I usually order a turkey burger at FatBurger on Flamingo/Fort Apache without any incident so I know its this location.
