I love firehouse subs it’s my favorite sandwich shop that’s why I wanted to stop here and get a sandwich on Veterans Day. I arrived in the evening about 7 PM with my son who also served in the military and as soon as we walked up to order the manager began complaining about how many people had come for free sandwiches today on Veterans Day when they are offering free sandwiches 🤷🏻‍♂️ he complained about how he has never seen any of these people before 🤦🏻‍♂️ we didn’t come to see him we came because a free meal was offered for veterans who served in the military. The fact that this man was so rude definitely offended me, and although I will continue to eat at firehouse subs, I will never come back to this one.

Just amazing! Firehouse delivers incredible sandwiches with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The service was top-notch—especially the friendly older gentleman who made the experience even better. Everything was served quickly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

Been going here for years. Not too thrilled about this order to say the least. I understand that help is hard to find and these are trying times but that is where leadership HAS to step in. I own a business and I'm only as good as my employees and it all starts with proper training and follow up.

I believe that is the issue here. Bunch of young kids working and no one watching or doing quality control. All 4 of our subs were the worst we've had there. Meatball pizza with absolutely no sauce (very dry), 2 Italian subs that were soggy all the way through the bun and a bbq beef brisket that was overcooked and no bbq whatsoever. 53.00 and we threw most of it away

After a long day at work, none of us wanted to deal with calling or going back and picking up new ones, which I'm believe they would have offered

Not looking for freebies, just looking to get what I pay for without all the hassle. Won't be back for a while if we do choose to come back. Will have to go to competitor across the street

Meatball sub, very yummy ? bowl of chili craving more & #1 on board, hubby enjoyed & was tasty! Nice fresh crunchy pickle comes with the subs.

Look, the subs are OK. I just can't get over a mental block of making Firemen richer, not saying its an easy job, but I have friends who do it. They will tell you mosts shifts are easy. They make phenomenal money, so to use that platform to make more, just bothers me. Sorry if I offend.

Everyone in here was very nice and greeted me when I came in. My food tasted so good. I had the hook and ladder. I will definitely be going back to this one. Very nice manager.

Just got an Italian, and now they got sides like Brownies & Chili rather than Just Chips! Everyone jumped on my order, even the cashier who took my order. Just got home and looks awesome. Definitely, coming back.

We are repeat customers, and I'm finally leaving a review because we love that Chicken Parmesan Meatball Sub!. Customer service is always on point. Sandwiches are always great.This "limited time only" sub is delicious!
