They order things and pay with gift certificates, but they didn't know how to use them. The first time she was friendly, she was embarrassed and angry with me. It's not my fault... I like the sandwich here, but maybe it's because of my clumsiness in opening it. I was disappointed because the sandwich was so wet.

The gentleman working today was fantastic. Working solo, he greeted every customer and made a point to be respectful amd let everyone know how long it would take and we totally understood, food came out hot and delicious family was very pleased.

Tried calling the number posted on Google. Dialed multiple times and no answer. Feb 7th 4:32pm. Manager is on his laptop. Mentioned it to him, didn’t seem to care or bother him. No empathy doesn’t care about customer concerns.

I will start this off by saying that the food is always great, as well as the customer service.Now that being said... I am not fully understanding how a sandwich shop costs one nearly $70 for a family of 4 to get sandwiches, chips, and a drink. I literally can eat at a sit-down restaurant and be served and still walk away paying a similar price. It's sad to see such an increase on everything, so much that a family can barely afford to go to a sandwich shop.
Called in my order for pick up after not eating here in over 2 years and it did not dissapoint. My sandwich was delicious and still hot even after driving it home. The guy who owns this location does a great job and has been consistent for years. Thank you.

Probably the BEST Firehouse Subs location in Vegas! The Owner is so personable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your order!! Employees are all nice & accommodating as well. They make sandwiches fresh to order and I’ve never had an issue here. Great job guys!! Love your establishment & tasty food.

I love eating here, and it has kind of become an unofficial family tradition to stop by Firehouse Subs everytime we drive by Vegas. We are a big family and so our order is always pretty big, so the only issue we had during our last visit was that they mixed up our order a little bit. But like I said, we are a big family so that is something we encounter almost everywhere we go. But the food was amazing and a little mixup will not stop us from comming back.

The staffs here are nice & fast. I ordered kids lunch to deliver all the time, they get the order done in less than 10 mins! Help to substitute fountain drinks to bottle water. Wish they carry milk in this location tho.
