$11.50 and 25 mins to get a cold sandwhich that's supposed to hot...NEVER AGAIN ..It isn't worth the money no doubt or the time...

Customer service is horrible. They have a promotion rn and are busy but decide to sit around and do nothing. Turned away me and another customer but (I'm guessing)as soon as someone they knew came in they were then taking orders again and made their sandwich right away( I stayed throughout the whole exchange). They say they are busy but decide to do nothing but sit around for 10+ min on their phone, complain about how busy they are, and then start a new online order. I usually like this place but I would rather give my business to the other firehouse subs 10 min down. They have the same promotion and were able to take my order right away because their staff isn't lazy. Way better work ethic and customer service. I can now understand why this location has a 2 star rating. Should be 1

What a waste of $10 plus tax. Went here because its not subway, shoulda went to subway. Poor quality. Tiny bread and thin. For $10 for a 4" sandwich, it should be way better. I shoulda just went to in n out.

Went to the restaurant this afternoon and I waited for approximately 3 to five minutes to be recognized by an employee working. There were no other customers in the restaurant and still no welcoming statement, this is not great customer service. Food is great and enjoy it tremendously. I will return another time to see if corrections has been made by management.Dietary restrictions: Italian sub because of its meaty amounts.

I do love using their app. You get points and when they add up you get free sandwiches. So if you go often, I'd recommend downloading that. The sandwiches are always delicious. The service is always fast. You can mobile order through the app and choose a pick up time. The earliest being 15 minutes. There have been a few times where they didn't add the pickle on the side, which is a household favorite around here... so that's been occasionally disappointing. On a brighter note, I really love how a percentage of the money made goes toward the purchase of life saving equipment to first responders and public safety organizations. You can't feel bad about that! I have also seen kids get cute, red, plastic firefighter hats upon request. That makes the experience so fun. I usually get the turkey bacon ranch and my husband loves the Italian. Their chips are yummy too.

Clearly management is not concerned with reviews or having repeat customers. The staff seems to think it is time to just hang out and socialize while half ass making some sandwiches and stuff. I expected a higher standard, I guess. Lesson learned.

Employees can set the atmosphere! There were 4 people behind the counter, a young man wanting to have a conversation with your only female employee avoiding his much needed attention to the only two customers in the place, us, needing to ask questions about the different sandwiches, but his concern was playing cupid with his co-worker. I myself asked to remove one item from my choice of sandwich and another concerning toasting the bread, not the meat. One of the other employee made both sandwiches, maybe not realizing the simple requests and the final young employee just standing around. Not use to inspecting the food before leaving a place, but I should have. But I could have gone back and demanded a refund, by not ever returning is more gratifying for me. You, the owner must like to loose money by hiring incompetent people. I now know why Subway does much better service and sandwiches. Much faster and makes it your way! With acknowledging your customers with a smile and let them realize upon their departure maybe a friendly good bye, come back again, just a suggestion. Your store, your money! Good luck!

While the food is delicious and the place is clean with friendly staff.. The music is less than desirable as every other word was the N word. Had my kids been with me I would have left.

Everyone behind the counter is more concerned about their conversation than the customers. Thought I was invisible for a few minutes while I waited for the cashier to stop talking to the other employees about personal issues. Poor customer service. These kids need a reality check.

For some reason I come here a couple times a week and get the 1 employee today that wants to be a stickler with a pickle that you get by the bucket. And 3 dollars for 2 slices of pepperoni. That's robbery.
