While the food is delicious and the place is clean with friendly staff.. The music is less than desirable as every other word was the N word. Had my kids been with me I would have left.
I love Firehouse and used to eat there all of the time. I just moved to the centennial area and went to the one off of 95 and Durango. The food quality has gone way down. Until recently I had never had a bad sandwich from Firehouse that I could remember. The portions are small, the sandwiches never taste the same, ( I always get the Italian). Went to the restaurant this afternoon and I waited for approximately 3 to five minutes to be recognized by an employee working. There were no other customers in the restaurant and still no welcoming statement, this is not great customer service. Food is great and enjoy it tremendously. I will return another time to see if corrections has been made by management.Dietary restrictions: Italian sub because of its meaty amounts.
