This location is very convenient for me. It is the only location that I have been to. I will continue to use this location, because I have never had a problem or issue with anything.

I ordered a large New York Steamer and a medium Engineer. The Engineer was made perfectly and was better than expected. The large Steamer was flat and made with 3 thin slices of pastrami. Definitely not worth the $15 price tag. I love what this place stands for and I really want to visit this place more than Subway but the inconsistency makes it difficult.

Update: Management responded to my review in less than 15 hours. I bumped up from 2 stars to 3 for...

Fantastic tasting sandwiches, though a bit skimpy as compared to other Firehouse locations. I was placed on hold for 10 mins. before hanging up. Staff is generally unfriendly as compared to other fast food restaurants--it's kind of weird. Tried ordering thru the app and it said the order wouldn't be ready for 1.5 hours. What? So if I walk into a store, it'll take 1.5 hours to get a sandwich? The place seems understaffed, and it's like pulling teeth to speak...
