Firehouse Subs Las Vegas - Eastern & Richmar

Horrible store with horrible service. I’ve been served old wilted lettuce, missing items. You call the store and they don’t answer.

I have gone here before and have gotten good hearty subs. But the last two times here the subs have been below par. Also, there is not a reason the brewed ice tea is not loaded. Not up to standards of Fire House Subs. I do not know if it is the owner or the workers, but whatever the reason, it needs to change or close this location. It is a shame to take the Firehouse Sub name down the sewer. I will not return.

Oct 2024 - Quick stop for take out lunch, hence the OK food rating. I'm just not a fan of wilted lwarm lettuce on the sandwich. So my bad for realizing after the fact. However, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean and filled with fire fighter decore.

When I asked about a mold spot on my sandwich the bigger guy made me a new one. I just didn’t enjoy him denying that it was mold. Judge for yourselves!

I have been going to this franchise for years (maybe even decades at this point). The food is always what you expect from a Firehouse Subs, but what sets this place apart is the customer service when something goes awry as it sometimes does. I order my food special and forgot to check it before taking it home. Once home discovered it had stuff it should not have on it, returned a little frustrated and the person the counter apologized and offered to make a new one and even the manager came out to make sure I was satisfied. Although I was frustrated with the situation, I left here happy with my overall experience and have been back many times since knowing that if I have a problem, there is a good chance that it will be taken serious while being handled in a timely and professional manner. Kudos to this franchise for having good management in place!

There’s no music. Just listening to ppl whisper and chew.. maybe that would make the vibe better. Took really long to get a small one. Food was great no complaints there.

I’m neighbor in this shopping center working in modern nails and I always order food from firehouse today they gave me lettuce and tomato and bread I returned it and didn’t get my money back very disappointed not going back ever .

The food and service were fantastic. However it doesn’t look like firehouse allows you to sample sauces anymore. This bums me out as it was my favorite thing about this chain. I discovered many amazing hot sauces through the sampling here, Please bring back the hot sauce samples! Also, prices are getting pretty gnarly but that’s a consistent factor everywhere.
