Firehouse Subs Las Vegas - Eastern & Richmar

Food was solid, however there was one employee, a black lady with some tattoos on her arms and the one making my sandwiches , that was being incredibly rude towards the other employees and myself. It started when I walked in (a full hour before closing) and she visibly looked upset that I was there. The guy taking my order was very nice and when I was asking about sizes for a specific sandwich she very annoyingly said “it only comes in medium” (I was asking for a small, but fine, whatever). Anyway the guy continues to take my order and go to use the restroom. When I got back out to wait for my food, I can hear her complaining about me coming in. Lady, calm down. You still have an hour.
So as I’m sitting there, she starts yelling at one of the guys in the back if he had finished the dishes. She was clearly annoyed that the dishes weren’t completely done, though according to the employee he was almost done.
I had ordered one sandwich with gluten free bread and when she was ready for the bread, she just started yelling “gluten free bread,” very loudly, over and over.
I felt bad for the other people working there. This place would have a much better review had it not been for this lady

I've given this location multiple chances. Every single time I come, it's over a 30 minute wait. Every time I come in, there is no welcoming. And what's sad is that each visit has been months apart so it has been different people and they all have the same horrible attitude. So I thought maybe let me try ordering online ahead of time, im still standing there waiting for someone to walk over to the counter and they will look at me, they most definitely see me, but they never ask what I need or if I have an order when I stand there for a good amount of time. My SO loves the sandwiches but I honestly am not impressed for the price. I will never come to this location again.

One of the best meatball subs I have had it could have been a little more flavorful and spicy but I really enjoyed the amount of cheese and sauce on it and that every single bite you got a meatball

I had never had a firehouse sub until I moved to Las Vegas. The food is really really good. Sometimes the service can be spotty. But overall you should definitely go check it out

I've been coming as a customer to this location for 9 years. I love all the sandwiches. I'm a sandwich guy. They're easy. They're quick, they're filling and they're good. They make my body feel good. The staff knows me by face and we have a good time. They always greet me and say goodbye. But CT and Jerry they rock when they make the sandwiches man. I love it! They're a good crew, a number one

Today is May 23rd 2025. I went and got my steamer. They were busy. I wasn't in there more than 3 minutes. I had called in 15 minutes earlier and was picking it up. Thank you Jerry, CJ Jordan and the two that I didn't recognize that are working there today. I'll get to know you. Everybody looked like they were enjoying their sandwiches. The faces and eyes said everything good conversation this place rocks. I love it
My bank statement tells me I've been eating steamers 22 times this year to present. I thought it was more. You guys make a great sandwich. The hero the club on the sub. I love them all but steamers my love with caramelized onions it rocks

This location has canceled my online order on two occasions, one occasion when the online order was accepted there was a long hair in my husband's sandwich.. I get it I guess since they do not wear hair nets.. so today we went into this location today. The person taking the order seemed annoyed with having to take the order and got all orders incorrect in one way or another.. thankfully no hairs this time but also no pickles 😕

Been here a bunch and last night was the last straw. I will never be back. Never trusting this brand again. Food was terrible. The woman's attitude was awful. Soup was overfilled, so it was seeping through the bag. Out of an item ordered, so offered something of less value. It has been on and off for Firehouse as a whole and with staff, but if it can get this bad, I will get my $50 back for the food I threw away and you guys can proudly do this poor of a job without me paying for it.

Soo bad. I have been very forgiving with past experiences with staff because the online ordering and app are corporate's fault. I have had to reorder or show receipts and do my best to make up for a;; the failures of corporate. This location, corporate or not, was all soggy, wamr to cold and out of mac and cheese, so told to grab extra chips. It was not editable. I tried to eat the sandwiches and soup. I could only eat some of the chips and tossed the rest. I will get a full refund or reverse the chrges. This was so so bad, after I have gone out of my way to go get cash for the workers to leave a tip with how bad the support from corporate has been. I will never come back to Firehouse Subs after this experience and I WILL NOT PAY for it. This was indescribably bad. I made a similar complaint in the account, and from the amount of successful transactions, even in the broken app and website that not all went through, I have never asked for anything back with the failures of the ordering and the location. This WILL BE REFUNDED! Awful exprience.

I'm telling you, this Braylon kid is writing poetry with his subs. Obviously, he was trained by a Ninja. This sandwich specialist makes the most incredible The Engineer you've ever tasted. I asked him what his goals are in life, and he said to buy a Honda. That he wouldn't stop making perfect subs until his goal is reached. So make sure to give him a good tip. He's worth it

This young man helped me out last week with the best tasting sub I've ever eaten. I mean it was like the hands of God made this sandwich. I believe his name was Braylon. You could tell by his soft demeanor that he was a gentle soul. Someone who chooses reading a book rather than fighting I really hope his boyfriend realizes what a special guy he has.
