Everytime I go to this location my food is missing something. First they didnt know how to ring up my food. I asked them for both mustard and Mayo and got neither. Also got a pickel with one sandwich but not the second sandwich. Unfortunately I had to be somewhere and couldn't go back. So I called them, they said bring the food back. I had already ate it several hours before the phone call. They never give you napkins when your food is Togo. What is wrong with people these days, putting napkins in the bag is part of your job. I will take my business to Togo's for now on. They are the slowest sandwich makers in the valley.

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and had an exceptional experience that deserves recognition. Lelen, the cashier, played a pivotal role in making my visit memorable. Right from the start, Lelen greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor, setting a positive tone for the entire experience.As I placed my order, Lelen demonstrated excellent customer service, patiently guiding me through the menu and helping me make delicious choices. It was evident that Lelen was not just processing transactions but genuinely cared about ensuring customers had a satisfying visit.The highlight of my experience was the sandwich crafted by Lelen. The attention to detail and dedication to quality were evident in every bite. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients were fresh, making it one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while.Moreover, the ambiance at Firehouse Subs was inviting, creating a comfortable space to enjoy the meal. Lelen's positive attitude and exceptional service truly stood out, making this visit a five-star experience. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs, and a big thanks to Lelen for going above and beyond in making my dining experience outstanding.

Be prepared to wait. Employees would rather stand around and talk than make food. Never seen it take 20 mins to get a sandwich anywhere else. One guy looked baked out of his mind just wondering around, maybe that's why they can't cut a sandwich in half correctly. Haha.

Let's talk management. Why are none of these employees trained to say hello when someone enters the establishment?? Why is it when there are three people working and zero customers can do I get stared at, but not a hello when I enter? I say "hello" loudly to let them know I'm here, even though they watched me walk in and say nothing. Then get attitude from the guy up front for basically calling him and his crew out for being rude. MANAGEMENT. Where is proper management and training?! I'm giving them an extra star because the food seems to be edible. Only LORD knows when we'll lose that. I honestly should call the better business bureau on places like this. Why stay open if the place is run so badly? What's the point??

It is not the store's fault, but I have legit not gotten a sub about 8 times with how the mobile site works. It looks like it takes the order, but they don't have it at the store when I get there. It sends a confirmation code to get into my account and takes forever to get here. Rejects every payment method using the mobile site and the same card works at the store. If I cannot order ahead at this point, I will not order. I try and then go to a competitor who has never had an issue taking my order online or my payment. This has been going on for over a year. Whatever you pay corporate to mess up your store getting orders, I would demand they fix it. I think after spending 30 minutes tonight, fighting with it, this will be the last attempt in a while. The workers have admitte I am hardly the only one with this issue. You must be paying corporate for them to control the system and for you to lose a lot of money. Just wow.

Usually your right on it, and I never ever have issues. Not today! Went in around 130pm, 3 people working the counter! All 3 of them ignored me for 5 minutes!!! Finally some older very soft spoken lady says" I'll be right with you in a few seconds," it was not seconds, more like an additional 2 minutes! I just wanted a freaking cookie and with how slow and no sense of time management, i was tempted to just walk out with it, but I didn't. GET BETTER FIREHOUSE!!!!!

Loved this place when it first opened. The sandwiches tasted fresh and there was a plethora of hot sauces to pick from. The whole ambiance of a firehouse / fireman decor and background was appealing. Nowadays it's kind of sad to see that they have did away with all the hot sauces. And the last two times I've been in there I've been the only customer sitting at a table. I'm afraid the luster has worn off and this franchise might be in trouble. Although I hope not because I still think they have decent sandwiches.

This place is super "meh". Way better sandwiches elsewhere. Service was so slow even with 6-7 employees working. Takes 25-30 min just to get 2-3 sandwiches out. Got our sandwiches with sticky sauces all over the exterior of the boxes! No care in the world. Employees just goofing around. Won't be back and definitely will not be recommending to any friends nor family. Also, they took away all the varieties of hot sauces that they used to carry. This place and company brand have gone downhill.

All of the food was absolutely delicious. We had a large order and the only reason for the 4 stars is that not all of the sandwiches were correct. We asked for no onions on the sandwiches and there were onions. Asked for cheese on some and there was no cheese. Nothing major. We ate everything and it was delicious l, just not perfect. It took a little time to get, but again, we had a large order and we were a walkin so I don't hold that against them.

just want a refund and not a coupon that says have a sub on us…. it is not on you - I already paid for it with a tip and never took a sub from you wanted refund that night shift lead said she didn’t know how to do owner call 2 days later confirmed this but said she saw on the video i took the free coupon ITS NOT A FREE COUPON I PAID FOR IT I just want a refund
