Let's talk management. Why are none of these employees trained to say hello when someone enters the establishment?? Why is it when there are three people working and zero customers can do I get stared at, but not a hello when I enter? I say "hello" loudly to let them know I'm here, even though they watched me walk in and say nothing. Then get attitude from the guy up front for basically calling him and his crew out for being rude. Usually your right on it, and I never ever have issues. Not today! Went in around 130pm, 3 people working the counter! All 3 of them ignored me for 5 minutes!!! Finally some older very soft spoken lady says" I'll be right with you in a few seconds," it was not seconds, more like an additional 2 minutes! I just wanted a freaking cookie and with how slow and no sense of time management, i was tempted to just walk out with it, but I didn't. GET BETTER FIREHOUSE!!!!!
