This location is not the best. Ordered a bagel and there are 2 bagels with the same name listed on the menu, its 8:30am and they automatically rang me up for the lunch one without asking if thats what I wanted. In addition to that, I asked for no onions and low and behold I ended up with onions on my bagel. If I had an allergy that would have been a serious issue. I’ve pretty much given up on this location. On one visit the young man had the most difficult time just answering the question. How are you today? Ignored me twice until I brought it to his attention. Then he mumbled some disparaging comment to a co-worker. The most recent visit I waited without any acknowledgment in the morning. Until I just walked out. Customer service experience should be #1 priority when you’re a frontline, customer facing employee.
