Takes forever to place an order even when there is no one in line. They do not listen whether order is to go or stay. Staff are rude & dismissive. Dining room is filthy, tables & floors. Was a good place, pre-Covid; Covid is their excuse for now sucking. Spoiled tomatoes. Insufficient capers. Poor quality food & even worse service.

I’ve pretty much given up on this location. On one visit the young man had the most difficult time just answering the question. How are you today? Ignored me twice until I brought it to his attention. Then he mumbled some disparaging comment to a co-worker. The most recent visit I waited without any acknowledgment in the morning. Until I just walked out. Customer service experience should be #1 priority when you’re a frontline, customer facing employee.

I just left this location after waiting almost 20 mins for my order only to get to work and find out the order was incorrectly made and sloppy!

1/4/24 11:30am - First time coming here (walked over to try it because Capriottis stopped serving breakfast) and had a good first experience. I got my food fast, hot, & the quality was good! They even brought it all the way over to my table Would definitely come back. I was nervous because all the bad reviews, so I felt it was important people hear about a good experience too. Customer service was on point, and the 2 guys working behind the counter (were super helpful, patient, & accommodating. I asked for modifications to both the sandwich & drink I ordered, and they didn't make a fuss nor make me feel like a bother for doing that or asking questions. For context, I'm a vegetarian with food sensitivities, plus I have social anxiety (I'm neurodivergent AF lol) so I really appreciate how well they unknowingly handled that, because I'm normally made to feel difficult & inconvenient especially when I request food related accommodations. They had such kind & polite energy. I forgot to take pictures but yall get the point. Just wanted to show some love because good customer service & work ethic is rare these days. I hope yall treat them well, they're doing great. Only thing is the dining area was in need of vacuuming & table bussing thanks to messy customers lol, but everything else was clean & well maintained by staff.

The staff are very friendly and nice. I variety of bagels to choose from and the chocolate muffins and power protein are delicious. Highly recommend coming:)

This location is not the best. Ordered a bagel and there are 2 bagels with the same name listed on the menu, its 8:30am and they automatically rang me up for the lunch one without asking if thats what I wanted. In addition to that, I asked for no onions and low and behold I ended up with onions on my bagel. If I had an allergy that would have been a serious issue. While checking out it automatically includes a tip which is frustrating. To top it off, none of my bagel sandwiches were cut and we never even got napkins for our to go bag. The homeless guy outside cleaning up trash seemed to care more about the space than the people working inside, I hope they give him bagels at the end of the day.

Terrible service.The lady who seems to be the manager. Smoked a cigarette and then came back and make my food, also the tables were dirty. Come at your own risk. I would not recommend it.

I love this location! The staff are really nice and complimented my hairstyle ;) Quiet lunch 'rush' on a Thursday here and lots of space to spread out and do a little work on my laptop (there is WiFi and a clean bathroom) while I ate.

My online order was ready right on time! I came in, grabbed my food, got some of my favorite hazelnut hot coffee, and I was on my way to work with time to enjoy my food before I start my shift. Loveeeee Einsteins, quality quality quality!
