Five Guys is definitely my favorite burger spot! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Carson helped us today, and he’s top-notch! He was patient with my children’s orders and so pleasant. He truly represents Five Guys and their values well. Customer service is #1 at Five Guys!
Very good Five Guys location. I have celiac disease and their gluten allergy protocol always keeps me from getting sick. They grill the buns on a separate grill than the burgers. You can see the burgers being made. I get the lettuce wrap and the lettuce was perfect. Someone was making mine off to the side, so stray bread crumbs didn’t get on it. Come for the prices here is it to much to ask to make an effort? Mushed..all the toppings stuck on one side... At least they give you a giant serving of Fry's! Ordered online said order would be ready in 15 minutes... Arrived 15 minutes later, still had to wait another 15 minutes....
