The coffee shop and bar are the only things that are open 24 hours over there.

During my most recent trip to Las Vegas, I've had the privilege of staying at Harrah's Hotel and I really enjoyed my experience at the food hall. For breakfast I recommend the grand breakfast combo and the eggs benedict. I love eggs benedict and The Fulton Cafe makes a really eggs benedict meal. I also enjoyed their green smoothie & orange juice. It was freshly made and it tasted very refreshing. The staff was very attentive, caring, and hardworking. Will definitely remember this place when I travel back to Las Vegas.

This is the epitome of what’s wrong with Las Vegas strip. $15 for a burger. $15 for a single slice of pizza. If the food and hotel are willing to rip you off to your face like this, just imagine how tilted the odds are in the casino.

Breakfast Omelet and burrito were borderline inedible. The hashbrowns were raw. $60 later before tip I’m looking for another breakfast.

Terrible service, at a fast paced city like Vegas you expect quicker service. We weren't the only ones that weren't happy with the service. Although some of the staff is kind and welcoming, they sure take ages to acknowledge your existence and even take your order.

AVOID IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH

We visited twice for breakfast. The first time, everything was perfect — both the food and the service.

Unfortunately, our second visit was a completely different experience. We arrived without a booking and, after a short wait, the manager seated us. We kindly asked if we could move to a different table with a bench at the back, as it was easier with our one-year-old child. The manager agreed and showed us to the table.

As soon as we sat down, we noticed one of the waitresses go straight to the manager and complain, repeatedly pointing towards us and questioning why we had been seated there. Feeling uncomfortable, I offered to move back to the original table, but the manager reassured us everything was fine.

The same waitress, I believe her name was Amy, came to take our order. We ordered pancakes and a chicken steak. When the food arrived, we noticed the “chicken steak” didn’t contain any chicken, which was confusing for us as we’re not from the US. I politely asked to confirm whether the dish was correct.

Her reaction was completely unacceptable. She became visibly frustrated and raised her voice, saying something along the lines of “how do you not know that chicken steak doesn’t contain chicken?” Instead of calmly explaining, she continued speaking in a rude and aggressive manner. It was clear she was already unhappy about us being seated at that table, and any interaction seemed to aggravate her further.

The situation escalated to the point where I had to stop the conversation and speak to the manager. He handled it very professionally, he apologised, spoke to the waitress, and offered to replace the dish, which we declined. We continued with the pancakes, which were delicious.

At the end, when I asked to pay, the manager told us there was nothing to pay. Even though I insisted on paying at least for the pancakes, he kindly refused and apologised again for the experience.

In all my years of dining out, I’ve never had a waiter raise their voice at a guest like that. Even the people sitting around us seemed shocked. That said, the manager handled the situation very well, so credit to him.

This happened on 31st March. Unfortunately, the experience meant we had to cut our visit short. The food is great and the rest of the staff were lovely, but something really needs to be addressed regarding this waitress, it honestly felt like she doesn’t enjoy interacting with customers.

We dined in here for breakfast! Split the avocado toast and a vegetable omelette meal. Omelette comes with hashbrowns and your choice of bread. Coffee is good here for the price if you’re looking for a cheaper coffee option in Harrah’s!

We ate breakfast there twice, no problem. On third day the printer in kitchen failed. Waiter at bar did not know at first. After a one hour wait the bar person , Derick, discovered there was a problem . He tried to tell kitchen , but kitchen did not have the order. 2.5 hours later he told us sorry, nothing he could do about it. We left hungry.

No manager was called . This could have been solved using a runner. No extra coffee and no free meal offer. Very poorly handled. We will tell everyone of our experience . This is not how to handle customers. We will never be back. Fix the IT issues and train staff how to handle this in future.!!!

This was our first time eating at Fulton Cafe in Harrahs Las Vegas. Or server was named Sassy and she was awesome. The food although Vegas priced was so worth the price. I had the meat omelet and it might be the best omelet I've ever had. So much food, I would definitely recommend it. 10 out of 10

If I could give zero stars, I would.
After waiting over 45 minutes for a single omelet, we still had not received the order. When we asked about it, the waitress, Amy, became confrontational. The situation escalated when she physically grabbed and pulled the coffee receipt out of my aunt’s hand because she did not want us to have documentation of the charge. This was completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior.
We immediately reported the incident to the manager, Hillary. Rather than showing concern that her employee became physical with a guest, she displayed no empathy and simply comped the coffee. That response was dismissive and failed to address the seriousness of the situation.
We filed a report with hotel security and will be notifying Dan Walsh of our experience at Fulton Cafe. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had in Las Vegas.
Physical aggression toward guests is never acceptable. Both Amy and Hillary need significant retraining in professionalism and customer service. To blame the situation on the kitchen and servers is just a complete lack of accountability!!!
