I went to Galpao Gaúcho last Saturday during my visit to Las Vegas and my whole experience was outstanding! The ambience was very cozy and charming. Food & drinks were fenomenal - must try the cheese and the pineapple, and also their tradicional cocktail Caipirinha. The manager Aurelio and his staff was very helpful. I will be back for sure!
Crown jewel of my recent Vegas vacation. Manger Aurelio insures spot-on and rapid personal service from the staff in a filled restaurant. Couple this with a great market table of "sides," which needs to be done with caution as there are 16 different meats on skewers being brought to you by the servers.
