Rude Staff & Zero Hospitality at Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis
The Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace was absolutely disappointing. The staff came across as if they had grudges toward the guests — rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish.
At one point, I even said, “We should have better customer service than this.” The staff member’s response? “This is Las Vegas.” That kind of attitude is shocking for a place that claims to be luxury.
For the high prices Caesars Palace charges, you’d expect world-class hospitality. Instead, you get arrogance and disrespect.
One star — avoid this pool.
Highly recommend renting a cabana. We received excellent service from the two ladies helping us, Cody and Seidy.
The food was not great, it was pre-packaged. They let us know that they were working on getting their kitchen up and running again after the floods.
They offer complimentary water bottles and a water refill station if you bring your own bottle.
But the drinks were AMAZING! You must get a frozen cocktail (or mocktail) in a fresh pineapple.
They have massage therapist working in the pool area for reasonable prices, it was one of the best massages I ever had.
The bathrooms are very nice and have showers and areas to change as well as air conditioning!
The time we spent here was some of the best parts of our trip.
Las Vegas trip for 4 nights, staying in this hotel, very bad experience:
First, we arrived hotel at 9 am, not allowed to early checkin, and we come back and forth for 3 times, still not allowed, even we are willing to pay additional early check-in in fee. Didn’t get a checking until 4 pm
No phone service in the room, very difficult to communicate with hotel
Everything in the room have higher charges, even no free coffee and water
No entertaining facilities in hotel, besides gambling. No gym. Swimming pool charge $360 for reserving a sofa bed.
Won’t come back again
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Mythical Poolside Escape – Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis
If you love Greek mythology vibes, luxury, and a little divine poolside play with the gods—this is the spot. The Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace is hands down one of the most beautiful, serene pool areas in Vegas. It’s high-end, elegant, and best of all—you’re not surrounded by the usual wild party crowd. The elevated pricing naturally filters out the chaos and keeps the atmosphere chill and classy.
The main pool features four stunning fountains pouring into the water, keeping it circulating so it’s always clean and fresh. No murky water, no funky stuff floating around—just crystal-clear, refreshing bliss.
Want to gamble without leaving your swimsuit? There are blackjack tables right by the pool (starting at $50 a hand, with a $100 buy-in table too). As long as you’re playing, your drinks are free. No complaints there.
We didn’t pay an entry fee, and from what I understand, if you’re staying at Paris, Horseshoe, or Flamingo, you get access to this amazing pool area because they’re all Caesars properties. We were staying at Paris and had no issues getting in.
The gardens and landscaping around the pool are gorgeous—truly next-level aesthetic. It felt like a mini Grecian escape in the middle of Vegas.
Highly recommend if you want something beautiful, elevated, and relaxing. Don’t miss it.
Arguably the best pool in Vegas!
Kind of a scam honestly - don’t reserve a day bed. You have to tip your waitress (no problem!) but also your daybed attendant?? Who basically just walks you to the bed and checks in with you once or twice lol. So it’s already expensive + double tips. When we got there, the pool we had reserved a bed at was closed - they took us to a different (smaller) pool and told us this bed was more expensive and it was an upgrade, but their website said otherwise. AND we had that bed reserved for 4 hours, but they kicked us out an hour early & closed the pools. But didn’t offer any sort of refund - partial or otherwise - for either of the above things happening. Expensive day for a downgraded bed & a shorter time slot than we had booked. When we tried to contest with our credit card, they fought us. The pools themselves are beautiful, but don’t pay for anything if you can avoid it.
Facilities were great! Don’t waste your time with reserving a daybed in advanced - the weather was poor on and off throughout the day so we were unable to use the daybed. I understand the weather is outside of anyone’s control. When it was sunny, we caught someone else using the bed we had reserved and left it soaking wet. I have reached out to the company for a refund multiple times, but have not received any update after over a month.
Pools are very nice. Beautiful.
Arrive early to get a seat. Not much shaded area. When it’s warm, gets crowded fast.
Big sign stating no outside drinks, food allowed… seems like every third person brought coffee or drinks in. The drinks they sell are ok, nothing special. Overpriced.
This is a beautiful pool, and a really fun place on the strip to spend a few hours during the day.
If you're out on a chilly day (for Vegas), sit in the pool where they have gambling. It's MUCH warmer than the other pools.
The drinks at the bar are way too expensive. It was something like $38 for a large slushy drink. I ended up ordering the small mojito and it was a really good drink, but still pricey.
Great for sun tanning.

Such a gorgeous pool area! The service is EXCEPTIONAL!
We spent an afternoon at the Caesar's Garden of the Gods Temple pool. We rented a daybed. We enjoyed the experience very much! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons:
1: There was no food available from the pool bar(s). We were told there was no delivery that day. There was delivery available from several restaurants but it could take up to an hour to deliver. No thanks. Plus we only wanted snacks, not meals.
2: 3 of the 7 pools were closed!
I wish I can give it zero stars. I reserved a cabana last Thursday and I was expecting VIP treatment. Instead, we were hardly ever looked after. We ordered food that we never received and never received a discount. Instead, they charged us $25 each for soft drinks. We had to leave the cabana and go to the buffet As our food never came, despite multiple attempts contacting the restaurant and the server. We asked for buffet vouchers and they never responded. They charge us the full price for the cabana, even though we did not experience cabana treatment. I will never recommend this place.
Not heated. Only 3 feet deep which doesn’t give a lot of room to actually swim. It was a pretty big pool though.
건축물, 수영장, 파라솔색깔 모든것이 조화롭다. 아이동반 고객이 풀바 이용자체가 안되는건 이해가안된다
