Great upscale lounge inside of Resort World. Drinks are fairly priced, and the staff are fantastic.

On Sunday Sep 22, the female bartender was so harsh and abrasive when we mentioned the Guest List BOGO deal advertised below. I have never been so condescended by a minimum wage worker.
She said we had to talk to the guy at the door and she knew nothing about it in an unnecessary aggressive tone. Then she kept smirking and retelling her staff about our request. As a bartender you need to be educated about the guest list deal. I posted the deal as advertised below.

Severely understaffed.

Why have a lounge area if you’re going to have no servers? Bartender was the only staff member when we went in the afternoon, taking orders and running and making drinks. Waited a half hour without any service.

Please staff up.

I visited here as my first bar when i turned 21 Wed, August 28. Per usual, they took my bf and I’s ID. He has a newer DL while i got an older DL . They took our ID and continued to say they have to double check it with security. I said it’s completely fine - I just turned 21 that day and I figured it might happen. The Bartender proceeded to tell me mine doesn’t have a holographic stamp on it but it did . They figured it was fake . They then came back said I was good and when we ordered drinks it took another 10 min till they came back and said their going to hold off on the drinks and check my Id again. Once again, I gave it to him and then he brought it back . And then another lady came and took our ID. I was getting a little upset as it was my first spot and was going to be my first drink. The bartender proceeded to come and let me know that they won’t serve me any drinks .

I understand he taking precaution but my ID was real and it was my 21st birthday which made me a bit more upset . It didn’t make sense cause I just made a players card 5 min before that and they took my ID with no issue. I ended up going to another bar they checked it and they accepted me but here.

I don’t know cause if we were young or what was going on but it was so disappointing

Fun, open, upbeat, lounge with music and lights that make you want to dance. Be sure to check out the "secret menu" using the small QR code at the bottom of the printed menu. We ordered the disco ball punch for the 5 of us. I'd give a higher rating since we had fun, but the service was pretty slow, and the bouncer had a bit of an attitude trying desperately to make us feel we needed to pay $500 for sofa seating. We found a high top table with seats for some of us, no charge, and it was great. You'll want to stand to enjoy the music most of the time anyway.

Stopped in to have a drink and absolutely loved the vibe . It's a beautiful place, and the bartender was amazing! Made me the best drink I have ever had on the strip !! Will definitely be going back !

Stopped in specifically to get the Bubble Bath cocktail and wasn't disappointed. It's on the more expensive side for a cocktail but serves at least two, and the drink itself is well worth it. We came in pretty early so I can't vouch for this place when it gets busy, but while we were there the staff was friendly and checked in with us often.
It's a fun little spot and definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Stood at the bar so long after politely asking for a menu to see the cocktail options. It then became very apparent to both the strangers around me, and one of the other bar tenders that the male bar tender was purposefully not serving me when 6 other groups to either side of me got served. When the other bar tender asked if I had been helped yet all I said was not yet. That bar tender was like “ omg! “ clearly I was in the dudes area so the person that looked like management talked to the male bar tender to point that I hadn’t been served and to make my drink order. He immediately turned to look at me; pointed at me yelled “you?” And did the hand throat gesture that means no/cut off. This would have been my second drink, plus I tip very well. Because it was so loud, I asked what that was about, because I didn’t understand why he would treat me that way, and he said “ maybe you should smile more”. After being purposefully ignored, while I was nice and patient and polite, I was never rude. Mind you this made me feel horrible and I said thank you and walked away before he could start my drink, because one I wasn’t going to be demeaned to my face like that and two because I was about it tears over his comments and behavior. Mind you I am plus sized, and I was there solo drinking to vibe.

Excellent place to enjoy the whole night but I regret that it has staff that cannot be cordial and kind to tourists! Actually, the Asian girl who makes the drinks (I don't know her name) didn't want to serve us, then she treated us very badly and rudely. I hope her attitude is not related to being Latino and speaking Spanish. Everything else, excellent

Best cocktail bar in Vegas. Great atmosphere, music and drinks! Surprised by the low rating because I always enjoy my time here!

Drinks were okay, I signed up for guest list stating that BOGO between 9 to midnight, when I ordered my drink with the coupon they gave me, the bartender said that it ended at 11pm. Scam.
