Rip Off!!! This was the most ridiculously priced ice cream, and the quality was not nearly what it used to be. No posted prices!!! A mini and a small sundae, $37…..never again.

During my recent visit to this Ghirardelli shop, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding quality of both their products and service. The shop's vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, rooted in the rich heritage of San Francisco, made for a delightful experience.

The array of delectable treats, from their signature chocolates to the sundaes and ice creams showcased Ghirardelli's commitment to excellence. A special mention goes to Monte, whose attentive and exceptional customer service truly enhanced my visit.

As a good Lindt and Ghirardelli fan, I couldn't pass up this place.

I expected to find more Ghirardelli branded items, but at least I did get a good cup of Ghirardelli, as well as 92%, 86%, and fruit chocolates like raspberry.

Wildly overpriced for what it is. Paid $46 for two bland-tasing sundaes. I realize things are expensive in this area, but this place is completely out of line, and the ice-cream quality was not great. I would have preferred a blizzard from dairy queen.

When you are excited for ice cream and know this is going to be good and when you get it and it's not it's a bit disappointing. I ordered a fudge sundae but the fudge was so hard and no candy on top!!!!! And no free sample when I came in double whammy!

The Ghirardelli ice cream sundae was absolutely amazing! Located in the LINQ Promenade, this spot can get busy, but it’s worth the wait. We indulged in three mini sundaes, which set us back nearly $50 with tax and tip, but every bite was worth it.

From the rich chocolate chunks to the decadent hot fudge, fluffy whipped cream, and juicy cherry on top, each component was exceptional. If you’re willing to splurge a bit, this is a fantastic way to enjoy top-quality chocolate and treat yourself to something truly special.
