The restaurant features meticulously crafted dishes, such as the iconic Beef Wellington with its delicate pastry and perfectly tender center, and seared scallops that are executed with precision. The atmosphere is sleek, vibrant, and refined, creating a unique ambiance that enhances the overall experience. The ambience of the restaurant was amazing, and the atmosphere was awesome. The staff is generally polished and attentive, providing a rhythm of service that ensures guests feel well taken care of. The service was fantastic, and the whole entire staff was impressive. Dishes like the creamy lobster risotto and the Sticky Toffee Pudding are highlights. My daughter had the Mac and cheese to start then the braised short ribs, I started off with the lobster risotto following a perfectly cooked salmon. The food was outstanding and exquisite. This was the best experience in Las Vegas.
