Came here for our friends 40th.Our first server Cory (?) was amazing! He was super friendly, attentive and memorable. Although he only helped us for a little people, he left because he wasn’t feeling unwell and had our new server Victor. He was okay, quite slow, didn’t give us any info about the food or specials, didn’t check up on us and when it came to the bill it took forever for him to come that I had to ask for help etc.Anyways, food was still good (but not amazing) like the last time few times I was here, but the service was quite disappointed.

Second time going here and again it did not disappoint. This time we were here celebrating our anniversary and brought friends along who had never been. The service was great, very attentive, and offered great insight to the menu. Two of us had the rib cap which was cooked to perfection and very tasty, especially with the peppercorn sauce. One had the filet, which again was cooked perfectly, and the other had the beef Wellington, which was great though the inside of the dough was a little under done.Wine and drinks were excellent, the old fashioned should be on your must try list. Finally to wrap, the sticky pudding was incredible. Great experience all around, will definitely go back next time I’m in Vegas.

This was our first time to this restaurant. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was quiet and romantic, but not stuffy or too dressy. Our food was cooked to perfection and we both said it was the best steak we’ve ever had. Definitely smaller portions but still very filling. We knew it would be an expensive meal, but for us it was worth every penny. I would highly recommend this restaraunt as not just a meal, but an experience.

Food was tasty, but felt it was way too expensive at 150 for an entree and drink. I had the lamb, well made but very stingy on the sauce and sides.

My friend wanted to go to this restaurant for her 50th birthday. We were asked if we wanted flat or bubbly water and some of us said sure we didn’t know that they would charge 10.99 for each bottle until we got the check they charged us for 3. I ordered the Beef Wellington it came with nothing but a smear of potato and it was cold. The others agreed their food was meh. We spent $1,000 for 6 people. The waiter refused to split the checks so when we worked to figure out the charges the waiters laughed at us and whispered while staring at us. I wish we didn’t go and would love to have the money back that we all work very hard for. Extremely disappointed. Oh and they charged us for the birthday dessert. Ridiculous!

We haven't been to this location in 5-yrs, so we wanted to check it out. Plenty of changes have occurred to the menu, service, presentation, and prices. Menu: Choices reduced, and now there's a charge for bread instead of being complimentary?; Service: The original server was accommodating and polite, but his assistant was very rude. We were told to package our own leftovers and were given small containers. When we asked for a larger one, the assistant dismissively told us to "cut up the steak to make it fit"...really?? Not at this price point and not at a "Ramsey" establishment. Fortunately, our original server returned and made it right (after being told about the assistant); Presentation: The "parade of meat" and the sequential simultaneous course service are no more. Prices: Increased due to inflation and loss of revenue from COVID. Overall, this place is no longer unique compared to other quality (and cheaper) choices out there. Our bill was over $600, but they did provide a military discount??. The food quality and primary server kept our visit from being totally disappointing. However, this will be our last visit to this location.Parking: The first 3hrs are free for NV residents. Just scan your state issued ID at the exit.

We ordered the biggest seafood platter on the menu. Our guest ordered fish and chips and a glass of wine. The seafood platter makes me cry. The lobster is so small like the size of crayfish. It was tasteless. I visited this place 8 years ago and today I still feel that crayfish swimming inside my body saying: "Ha Ha you got scammed!" The bread sampler was pretty good though. Unfortunately we did not complain and send the seafood platter back because we had a guest with us and didn't want to be embarrassed. For someone who has a TV show this is ridiculous. He judges other people's restaurants but his own restaurants has such poor quality food. I am still a big fan of his show, but I won't go back to any of his restaurants again.

I can't forget the taste of the first time I ate onion soup, so I give it full marks! The beef wellington and mushrooms on the side were excellent.

We were very excited to try this place out so we made reservations months in advance to ensure we had a spot. We sat down and noticed the leather seat cushions were badly cracking on both of our chairs. Service was just ok. Server did not share any specials with us. We asked for sIde recommendations and he said not to get the potatoe puree becauae it was bland. We also stated it was my boyfriends birthday. They did nothing to acknowlege that. Normally I dont order steak but figured since we were at Gordon Ramseys, I should. My boyfriend ordered steak as well as he normally does. Steak was bland and not very flavorful, tough to cut (cooked medium).I have had better steak at other restaurants. We also ordered the mac and cheese. It was ok. Asparagus was bland as well. We didnt think it was worth $365. I personally dont like Texas Roadhouse but suggest saving your money and going there instead. Way better value for similar level of food.

Her lemon was bigger then the lobster tail itself. For what we paid for the reservation and the food well not worth it nice place but my experience was very disapointing

We're huge fans of Gordon Ramsay and watch all of his shows. That won't change. Dining at Steak has been on our bucket list. We came to Vegas and were finally close enough to dine at a restaurant location. I took my wife as a birthday celebration. The atmosphere was exciting and on point. Service was excellent. However the food left much to be desired. We had expectations that when we walked away, the we could say without a doubt, we'd not hesitate to return. This did not happen. Reasons being, when I cook at home, being such a huge fan, I aways find a Ramsay recipe or YouTube video and follow instructions to perfection. Everything I cook under his direction is always absolutely culinary heaven. We would have expected this or better at the restaurant. We've had better Cesar's salad at the local pizza restaurant. The scallops were under seasoned and could have used another 20-30 seconds per side in the pan. The porter also was under seasoned. Ordered rare but came Pittsburgh. Additionally it was broiled rather than cast iron seared & basted. Mac & cheese was excellentThe mushrooms were also under seasoned and under cooked. To finish the dinner off, desert was excellent and on point, however many restaurants will requested ID for a birthday seating and comp at least one desert. Again, we enjoyed the experience, but we felt the food was rushed and shy of seasoning.
