This is the 2nd time at this Place and the experience was very good. The RedRock casino is beautiful too.

Management and service staff were great, as usual, and keeps us coming back despite some of the negatives over which they have no control. The Salisbury steak was gag-worthy! What was a great dish has been degraded to a very thin, dry patty that literally gets stuck in one's throat! There is very little gravy to lubricant the overcooked meat. Horrible! The Chicken Parm was good but the spaghetti sauce lacked body or flavor. Ketchup would have been a more refined choice. Both dishes were smaller than their former iterations and more expensive. If not for the staff, this meal would have been our last

Food was excellent, ambience fine, service beyond awful...wait staff less than pleasant and we had to ask for things constantly and it took over 30 min to get our food, eggs and pancakes, not a lengthy cook!

The best salmon dinner around. Always cooked perfectly and paired with crispy Brussels sprouts and sweet potato puree, a delicious combination. The wait staff is so nice and respectful.

Come here every year in January for a business trip and this restaurant never disappoints.

I ordered rare prime rib and I believe they sliced a piece of raw meet and then grilled it instead of cutting off a slice of a roast. My partner ordered the Christmas dinner special of ham and scalloped potatoes. The ham was dry but the potatoes were good. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our food. They kept saying there were a lot of orders but I counted 5 empty tables just on one half of the restaurant. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but others were complaining too. The manager was/always is nice but a little disappointing since I go to this restaurant frequently.

We ordered food as precisely how we wanted. Waited for our food for an hour and 15 minutes. It was an unbelievable wait time for a nice restaurant like Lucky Pennys. It could be the waiter forgot to turn our order in or the cook people were negligent. Been coming to this restaurant for years and never had a bad experience such as this. We will not consider coming back.

Make a reservation. We did and didn't have to wait in line. Service was a bit slow but my breakfast burrito was filled to the brim with all the goodies listed so worth the slow service. To be fair it was super busy. The server was very helpful.

We had yet another delicious Thanksgiving dinner at Lucky Penny. Our server Corina was delightful! It was a pleasure to be served by her. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. She anticipated our needs with remarkable efficiency and openness. We sincerely appreciated her professionalism throughout our meal. Her exceptional service made for a memorable occasion yet again!
Food came quickly and drinks were generous.
Looking forward to next year's!

The pancakes are incredible. I love that they bring the syrup in a little bottle and the whipped butter is easily spreadable.

We went to Lucky Penny on Thanksgiving and had their Thanksgiving special. It was delicious and plentiful. It came with a generous portion of turkey—white & dark meat, green bean casserole, yams, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and a small side of cranberry sauce followed by a pumpkin pie cheesecake. It definitely was filling. Service was wonderful, and because we had reservations through Open Table, we did not have to wait at all. This may become a Thanksgiving tradition as no way could I make all that food for the low price of $21.99. At Santa Fe Station's Brass Fork, the same special was $19.99. What a bargain.

Our thanksgiving meal was great. The water we were served had a bleach taste to it, so we asked for bottled water. When the bill came we were charged $4.99 per bottle! UNREAL !! Plus our meal was $3.00 more than advertised on the website and revolving posters outside the restaurant. So the $16.00 extra charges put a damper on our experience.

Thanksgiving Day was very busy at the resort and one of our guests did not receive his order until the rest of the table was nearly done eating.

This was our first visit to Lucky Penny, but definitely not our last. We absolutely loved the whole experience—the menu was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and the food was incredible. The staff kept up their amazing service even though they were B U S Y! Big kudos to the servers, the food runners, and the chefs—great job, Lucky Penny!

On 11/14, I was having breakfast at the bar. A white guy came and sat down on my right. He ordered a cup of coffee and wanted to charge the $5.85 to his room. But he didn't bring ID. He had ID on his phone but the waitress said they only accept physical ID. Those two argued for quite a while. Then the white guy said he'll be back with ID to pay the $5.85. On the day of my departure 11/17, the $5.85 charge magically appeared on my room(17110) folio.
