Last year my husband and I ate at the Lucky Penny Cafe and we had the Easter Prime rib special. It was wonderful , the meat was tender and the herb crust very tasty. So this year we decided to come back and have the same dinner. Except it wasn't the same prime rib at all. There wasn't any crust at all on either plate. A very average piece of meat. I suspect that we were served their regular prime rib instead of the one advertised .Besides the price difference, for a queen cut . This dinner was $10.00 more for 3 asparagus and 2 Slivers of potatoes. We'll be looking for a different place to eat next year.
A very pleasant experience with my friend today. The reservation was well planned, the place was very pleasant, spacious, clean, and well decorated. Excellent service from all the employees, very courteous, prompt in their service, and the food was very well prepared and prepared. I highly recommend this beautiful place in Summerlin. Totally happy with the service and quality of the staff.
Enjoy breakfast here monthly I miss the lemon ricotta pancakes. Like eating at the bar. Very relaxing.
Our server EG is always fantastic. We routinely request her. The food is tasty and reliable.
No wait, staff was friendly, fast and professional. Food was outstanding. Will come again.
Beware THIS RESTAURANT CHARGES UNDISCLOSED FEES on unsuspecting customers. I conder this to be an UNETHICAL business practice.
They charge fees that are not disclosed on the menu. Please see my receipt where they charged a $2 service fee. Notice I took a picture of the menu and there is no disclosure of a service fee on the menu.
I mentioned it to the woman who took my order and she basically shrugged and said she couldn't do anything about it. Seems like a poor business decision to trade a one star review over a $2 service charge.
I am a Summerlin resident who will never spend another dollar in this restaurant.
Oh and my wife just finished eating a chicken finger and says it is trash and has no flavor.

Lucky Penny is the best place for breakfast. Food is always consistent and the employees are all so nice. Our server, Jennifer is the best. The manager always welcomes us and makes us feel special. We are local and this is our favorite plave!
We where disappointed. Waited for order for 45 min. I ordered specifically no bacon on my order and there it came, with bacon. Server was not in the service business what so ever. Would not recommend that place. One thing was good there. It's bakery. Many choices.
The food is mediocre.
The service is below average.
The wait time is long, with plenty of open tables filled with people whom have already finished.
They have a discounted menu for after 11pm - the signage throughout the casino advertises this; however, the hostess/servers will not promote the discounted menu inside the restaurant. (the food options are limited).
If the wait time is long and you are 21+ you can sit at the bar and order food without waiting. The hostess will not offer this, you have to ask.

I went with my little family to try the cheeseburger special at only $5.99!
You can’t beat the price! The cheeseburger burger was good size, tasted great and came out hot! Same for the French fries.
However, the service was very slow… it took about 30 mins to get 4 burgers! And we didn’t ask for anything special. The restaurant was full but no waiting line outside. Everyone was just waiting for their food to come. And they were also out of mayonnaise at 6:30PM on a Friday.
Service was correct.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. Our server wasn’t attentive and we had to practically beg for check. It took forever.

Went in today because I heard about the $6 burger special, I was informed by the waitress that she needed to see a "boarding pass" confused I said I don't have one then she said alright I guess you'll just have to choose something else then just left me to look at the menu. I then got up and left, later I did some more research and found out that the "boarding pass" is just a station casinos player card which I've had for years and I had on me in my wallet. I'm just very frustrated the waitress didn't explain the deal any further.

Never again. It was aweful. We waited over 40 minutes for oatmeal, a fruit plate, and a Denver omelette without cheese. And the excuse was it’s a Saturday morning. No apology. It was like we were out of line asking if our food would be coming soon. Then, when it finally arrived, it was the worst omelette ever. Burnt and basically disgusting. With green (not meant to be) tomatoes on the side. Never again.

Not sure what I just ate, but wherever it is, it was bad.
Had country fried steak, hash brown and eggs.
Gravy - horrible and very thick
Steak- bad
Hash brown- tasted funky
Eggs- okay???
Salsa- just the usual no taste salsa/tomato blend
Tres Leche Cake- disaster.
Ate about 4 bites in total and trashed the rest.
Never again.
I had a very DISAPPOINTING experience at your establishment on New Years night. I was with group of friends and we where told there was "NO" Bread!!! No bread for sandwiches, no bread for the American Breakfast and if wanted steak??? "NO" Steaks (is this a JOKE) It gets better. They had no chickens wings as well WoW. How pathetic why were you open for business. Would NOT recommend
