Grimaldi's Pizzeria

Hadn’t tried Grimaldi’s in at least a decade. Not sure why I gave it another shot. At the end of the day it’s just bad, insanely overrated, pizza that for some reason people thought deserved a franchise. Outrageous pricing for how little you get, as well.

Pizza had no flavor. The AC was blasting so cold over the table. I was shivering. I did not enjoy myself here.

Caprese salad - tomato was nearly green, the mozzarella was not fresh, overall it was bland. The pizza wasn't very flavorful.

First time I visited Grimaldi’s and pizzas were poor. Burned with minimal ingredients. Pizzas were really thin like you’ve cut back on ingredients but kept the same price. We ordered a small Don and two large pizzas and a salad. The bill was $100 with tip. I don’t think I will be returning. And the service is poor if you have to ask for water as a server is walking by. The restaurant has been a favorite but is no longer.

Please please clean your restaurant
The back room across from the restaurant kitchen entrance was filthy. The walls were covered in flour and dirt. The floors filthy in bathrooms, back hallway from the backdoor forward.
Young man busing tables set clean plates down on a dirty seat with food. Then he placed them on the new table. Please clean this place.

After the bartender collected the cash tip, she continued to pour me a drink. Yes, she did not wash her hands and spilled the wine into the glass. She grabbed the cash hand and held it on my glass together with the spilled wine. It was really disgusting.

Ordered from here, waited 40 minutes and the driver arrived there, the driver told me that the bartender at the bar asked for more waiting time, it takes so long to make a pizza? There are only 24 hours in a day, you can only make 24 pizzas? Or if you don't want to do takeaway, please close the channel and don't let me wait at home.

Wonderful time with great atmosphere. Wine bottles for ceiling fixtures – super cool. For the price, they could give more toppings on the pizza. They charge the same price whether you get ingredients on half or whole.
Four stars given for concern/perception over cleanliness: young crust tossers entertaining themselves throughout our visit practicing making crusts, flipping and eventually dropping them on the floor.
No problem there, but it’s hard to know whether they’ve changed their gloves or washed their hands before making someone’s food.

Dietary restrictions: Offers delicious Gluten friendly pizza crust and cauliflower pizza crust

Parking: On a Saturday night it’s a crowded plaza but if you drive around, you will find a spot.
