I had a great experience at Gymkhana. The service was very nice and attentive, and the food was absolutely amazing. I especially loved the Tandoori Masala Lamb Chops, Venison Biryani, Aloo Chaat, and the Rajasthani Okra—each dish was full of flavor and cooked perfectly.

The atmosphere is elegant but still comfortable, and everything was presented beautifully. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would love to go back to again!

Food was okay. I think the seasoning was too overpowering but still an overall great experience

This restaurant is phenomenal - from the food to the service to the ambience. I highly recommend coming here and I already can’t wait to come back.

Let’s start with the good. Truthfully, I am starting with the exceptional. The decor is a wonderful blend of a clubby feel with some unusual portraiture, stunning wall coverings that might be textiles (I wasn’t quite close enough to tell), and intimate lighting. I loved the coffered ceiling. The attention to detail as exemplified in the dinnerware design, the beautiful and ice cold beer mugs, the lovely water pitcher, and the wait staff attire set a wonderful stage to whet one’s appetite for an Indian meal. So, why the three stars? We found the food to be a disappointment. I won’t pretend to be a restaurant critic but I do know what I like. The chicken tikka was overly spiced and had a little too much heat (chili). The yogurt marinade was discernible and had tenderized the meat but any delicacy of the dish was overpowered by heavy handed masala usage. We had asked the server to recommend milder dishes as one of our party is sensitive and this dish really missed the mark. The paneer tikka was quite salty, though otherwise nice. For our main dishes, the bread basket was generally enjoyable. The roti was dry and became hard quickly. The naan was very good. The chicken makhani was good. Not the best I’ve had, but quite good. The dal was okay. My bar was high for that because I was hoping for something much closer to Bukhara’s version. The biggest disappointment was the jeera aloo. The potatoes were shriveled and so heavily coated in masala that the dish was nearly black. It was hard to tell which dish was the aloo and which was the beef fry. The beef fry was quite peppery, which is accurate to its description. I didn’t detect much coconut. The meat was dry. I know it is a dry dish, but the unctuous quality of the meat wasn’t there. Back to the good news. The staff is exceptional. We were so pleased with our service and the attention to our needs without being obtrusive. It all flowed seamlessly between team members. They deserve a pat on the back because it was a busy night and the restaurant is new. I hope the kitchen improves because it is a beautiful setting and the staff on the floor are working really hard to make it a success.

A 45-minute wait time on a reservation is inexcusable and offers to "sit at the bar instead" for dinner was a joke. It ruined our experience before it even started. Food was good, although the "signature entree " was sold out after the first 3 tables all ordered it, according to the server. How do you run out of Lobster in Las Vegas? The service was mediocre, not even close to a 1 star Michelin. But, the poor management by the front of the house is the real problem here.

We went there on opening night and were welcomed by their staff with a bit of background on the restaurant and the chef as I was keen on knowing if the head chef from London had transferred. The service was great and the host was very helpful. Ambiance is perfect, for a restaurant of this caliber. I had very high expectations of Gymkhana Las Vegas, especially after having dined at their London location and wow, did that surprise me in a good way or what!!
The food tasted exactly the same as it did in London, if not better and every bite was delicious and bursting with flavors. The Kasoori Chicken Tikka was spot-on, chicken was juicy, tender and each bite had flavor, which meant it was well marinated all around. Chicken Butter Masala was so creamy and delicious and went perfectly well with the bread basket that had a nice assortment of rotis. The alcoholic drink, I think was called Bagheera and it was spicy, with a good kick to it, with jalapeño and some amount of red chilly powder.
My friend ordered the patiala peg and that was almost a double patiala. A bit on the expensive side, but totally worth treating yourself to a scrumptious meal.

The food lacked flavor, the flavors didn’t feel authentic, and it took a very long time to get our food. The restaurant is nice but in general definitely not worth the price. Nothing i tried blew me away or even pleased me. Overall would not recommend if you enjoy authentic Indian food but could be ok if you are not used to it.

I was beyond excited to try their Las Vegas location! After having a life changing experience at their location in London, I had high expectations. I do not have a single bad thing to say! Food was incredible. Service was amazing. The playlist was a vibe and matched the ambiance. I cannot wait to go back! Great job team!

The food was okay - naan had a burnt after taste, tandoori chicken was over tenderized from yogurt and yogurt coating was too thick, ladyfingers from tiramisu was dry. The pork cheek vindaloo was delicious. The service needs a lot of work. If you aren’t familiar with eating at a fine dining restaurant, you might be impressed with the service here but it is not up to par with other high end restaurants. It’s as if they hired a bunch of chain restaurant servers and front of house staff to work here. You will have a better experience at the London location than here. If you are inexperienced at fine dining, you might not notice that this place’s service isn’t up to par

Don’t miss the chance to eat at Gymkhana if you can snag a coveted seat. This newly opened spot brings the best Indian with a British style straight to us from London.

Definitely get a reservation early or join the waitlist - but note over the course of 3 nights on the waitlist we were only texted for open seats on a Monday at 9. If you didn’t get a res, it seems nightly that there are 5 bar seats that are not reserved. We got there around 4 to wait in line for the 5pm open and were able to get those seats! Almost everyone behind us at 5pm without a reservation had to wait until 7pm or later.

Tony was our server and made the experience so happy and fun! You can tell the team has a great dynamic and loves working here. He gave us the best recommendations and truly everything we ate was incredible. Felt like we left with new friends behind the bar. We ordered tons of dishes since it’s family style. Honorable mentions / things that tasted so unique to me (and I eat tons of Indian):
- Starter: Gol guppa - so fun to eat and delicious
- Bread basket with all the sauces and RAITA! (Which I ordered separately as a side). They mix the raita with pomegranate and you’ll never taste raita like that again.
- Main: butter chicken and chicken tandoori. My friend who is a vegetarian and knows his Indian food loved the chickpea masala.
- Desert: Mango Rasmalai was so unique and unlike anything I’ve ever had before. The gulab Jamun was great too (but that’s always great)
- Drinks: a full mocktail menu that was incredible! I got both the fruit cup and mango soda. The mango soda felt like an aqua Fresca with a spicy twist. Absolutely recommend. The alcoholic cocktails were all beautiful. Patiala peg looked like the most fun interactive drink and the pegu club looked so pretty I was worried it might end my non-drinking streak.
- Tea service: feels so special and intentional

The best meals make you want to linger. The team never made us feel rushed and welcomed us to stay longer and order more courses / drinks. It felt like such a high quality European dining experience where the table could be yours for the evening if you wanted it to be. No rushed table turnover here which really elevated the experience.

The ambiance was 10/10. Perfect music choices (I shazamed multiple songs), decor was so classy, and the staff was all incredible. We felt transported to somewhere else far from Vegas. Will absolutely be back!!

P.s. any reviews complaining about last minute wait times / lack of reservations clearly just didn’t research and don’t know how special this spot is yet. Ignore those reviews and just be a savvy diner! haha we fully expected to wait there an hour before open and still not be seated, but I’m so glad we were!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Fine Dining Experience

Gymkhana Indian Fine Dining exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt elegant, warm, and inviting. The service was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was the true highlight. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of rich, authentic flavors with a refined, modern touch. You can tell the chefs put great care into every detail. The spices were perfectly balanced, and each bite felt like a unique culinary experience.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want an unforgettable meal, Gymkhana is the perfect choice. Truly one of the best fine dining Indian restaurants I’ve experienced. Highly recommended!

Overall, solid. Classy vibe, strong flavors and exceptional service. My favorites were the Gil Gupta, spicy mezcal cocktail, venison biryani, butter chicken and garlic naan. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the lamb kebabs. The place is pricy so don’t be surprised, but worth it imo.
