I've seen so many ads for this on socials so I went. I ordered an egg sando and chicken katsu sando just to taste a couple different things. I started with the egg and I really disliked this one. I felt like the seasoning was a huge disappointment. Not even salt or pepper there. I gave up on the egg and went to the chicken katsu. Chicken was great in comparison to the egg. The chicken and slaw meshed nicely. I had been to a different location before and got a steak sando....

Gyu Plus offers great service and has some nice decor. While the food was tasty, the prices felt steep for what was delivered. The egg sando, typically a humble dish, didn’t feel elevated enough to justify the cost—it tasted similar to standard versions found elsewhere. The steak sando was tender and well-prepared, but it lacked a distinctive flavor that would have set it apart.

The place was very disorganized. Took 42 minutes to get a single steak sando, saw multiple orders get lost and no organization. My order was lost after 30 minutes and had to ask again for my order.
