Very clean .. very good . Everything looks taken care of . There is plenty of space to sit . This order went to the room as far as is very close to the elevators.. 24-hour so you can have something sweet any time of the day .. taste good
Very bad service. Didn’t put toppings in a bigger cup, paid extra for nothing. Please do better next time.
Very overpriced small portions
During this visit, my aunt and friend approached the counter to place an order. The manager on duty—a woman wearing black glasses—engaged in behavior that was both inappropriate and offensive. Specifically, she pretended to be mute or deaf, leading my aunt to attempt to communicate using sign language. Typically, when an employee requires ADA accommodations, proper signage is displayed to inform customers and assist in the interaction. However, in this instance, no such signage was present.
The situation escalated when the manager revealed that she was “just joking,” which my aunt found extremely disrespectful and offensive—especially considering the sensitivity surrounding disabilities. As a person with ADA accommodations, I was personally hurt and offended upon hearing about this experience. I visited the store on Wednesday, March 12, around 9:30 PM to identify the manager involved and report the incident to Guest Services. Unfortunately, I was unable to clearly read her name tag.
This behavior is unprofessional, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable, particularly from someone in a management role. It is concerning that a manager would display such insensitivity towards individuals with disabilities, and I am committed to ensuring that such behavior does not continue.
$50 for two single scoop ice cream cones and a small Oreo shake. Save your money and go to the gas station to get a pint of the same exact thing for $5.
Was amazing so delicious highly recommend it to everyone
Some of the staff didn't seem to be making very hygienic choices in front of customers...
Got 2 cookies and cream shakes from here yesterday, THE MILK IN THEM WAS SPOILED!!! I went back to the counter, and they admitted the milk was old, and went in the back to throw it away (they ended up throwing 2 gallons away). They did give us a full refund which was nice, but be warned on the quality.

I’d like to thank Letty at Cinnabon located at the New York New York Hotel & Casino. We were greeted with a smile, great ENErgy and served with love. Cinnabon is hands down the best dessert in the casino. Thank you Letty and staff. 10/10 recommend.

WORST ICECREAM EVER!!!
Ordered a sundae (large with caramel sauce and banana) for $13,98 you get 1 scoop of icecream and hot caramel sauce. But you get more sauce than icecream and the icecream is melted before you can start eating. 3 slices of banana and fake whipped cream. Never going to Hagendasz again. It’s overated!

Great combination of Haagen Daz and Cinnabon at the second location off the casino floor by the Americas restaurant (other location on mezzanine level). Love the bright airy seating area. Ice cream is nice and hard. Cinnabon rolls are super tasty (although one I had later at night wasn't the freshest I've had). Highly recommend the Dazzler sundae banana split flavor. Switched the vanilla ice cream for chocolate. Yum! Prices are steep but that's Vegas... $11.95 for small Dazzler (2 scoops) $13.95 regular (3 scoops). Cinnabon original roll $8.95. Staff has been nice each time just missing a star because of prices and slightly stale cinnamon roll.

The location is inside the casino. Very clean and wasn’t busy when we stoped in. Employees were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend this location.

It tastes good but way overpriced. Someone ahead of me paid almost $18 for one milkshake. I paid $11 for one waffle cone. It would’ve been $15 for a chocolate dipped cone.
