Nine Fine Irishmen Reviews
Stopped in on a Sunday recently and was really excited to visit. They’re were 3 of us and we were gonna do some drinks and appetizers. LOTS of empty tables. The hostess informed us we could only do that at the bar and the bar was full. Huh? With sooooooo many restaurant and bar choices it’s a shame this is a Nine Fine Irishmen policy. Stephanie was fabulous! There were 8 of us for lunch, and we could not have possibly had better service than we did. All of the food was excellent as well. We will return on future trips for sure. All in all, a great experience.

Nine Fine Irishmen is a lively restaurant that offers a variety of hearty and delicious Irish-inspired dishes. Visitors often enjoy the good, fast, and friendly service, along with the inviting atmosphere that features live music and even dancing. The menu includes popular items like fish and chips, which are described as good, and corned beef sandwiches that can be chewy and sinewy. The restaurant’s homemade Calcannon soup is highly praised, considered an amazing meal on its own, and the fresh-cut fries are delicious.
Many guests find the food to be quite good with generous portion sizes, making it a great choice for those seeking a satisfying meal without spending too much. The shepherd’s pie, including a gluten-free version, is noted for being hearty and delicious, and the chicken pot pie crust is described as out of this world. Bangers and mash, and the steak are also highlights, as are the hot wings and onion rings on the kids’ menu.
The restaurant’s drinks, such as Magner’s cider and Guiness, are well received, with some noting the Guiness seems stronger than average. Some guests mention that seating can be a bit awkward depending on where they are placed, but overall, the experience is positive. Whether for lunch or dinner, the restaurant impresses with its flavorful dishes and welcoming vibe, making it a recommended spot for visitors looking to enjoy authentic Irish food and hospitality.
