The strawberry mango smoothie was absolutely delicious! Plus, the employee was incredibly attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

As a Hospitality manager I can say that the service was garbage, if I’m paying for a high quality product I spect a high quality service. The worst Haagen Dazs I have ever been in, and more if I’m staying in a hotel as MGM.

they did not have prices for display and i only found out at the counter (2 stars because the ice cream was so good)

Really lazy staff. They very have long lines during special events like the Pac-12. Yet they could care less about wasting people's time by having up a lot of signage saying the have fruit smoothies but when you finally get up to order, the staff who could obviously care less about doing a great job and seem to hate their job just repeat: "No smoothies." I am visiting from Portugal and our staff take their jobs seriously and care about every customer and to not waste time with false advertising. The quality of food is assumed to be good and the atmosphere was nothing special. But the laziness of the staff is like advertising gasoline on signs that make you exit a highway and then the gas station attendant saying, hmmm...no gas.

Out of most items, cash only - all of which is okay because things happen but the guy working, Franco, was all but polite. He seemed frustrated and bothered we even asked for service, although we were his only customers for a good while. Frustrating.

18 dollar milkshake.
The ice cream was great. I just felt bad for the guy behind the counter with a line of people 15-20 in line waiting. The people in front of us still had him spooning them samples, he had a lot of patience with them. I ordered what I wanted and that's it, we tipped him well. I hope this place adds more employees especially when there are events and conferences at MGM.
I’ve stopped here a few times to make sure my experiences were consistent before posting a review. The service at this location is absolutely horrible. The staff obviously does not want to be there. They are rude and careless. I’m already over paying for mediocre ice cream and then to receive terrible service is just the cherry on the top of this Sunday. I will not return.
