So expensive they refuse to display their prices !

I had a great conversation with James. The samples of ice cream was fabulous so much I ended up getting the mango smoothie which was amazing. Thank you James for your kind customer service. Keep on keeping on. Your great at customer service and I appreciate that. Made my day!😊👍

Ice cream hit the spot in this Vegas heat. Me and family appreciate James for all the free samples and having great energy. Best customer service experience I’ve had since our stay here.

OMG Haagen-Dazs hit it out of the park dropping the new blueberry lemon sorbet during the Arbonne Global Training conference where we dropped our new blueberry lemon fizz. I would never have stopped (I'm lactose intolerant) and tried it (sensitive to ingredients) if James didn't announce it and encourage me to try a new dairy free flavor. He was informative about what was and what wasn't in the sorbet and made me feel confident trying it. HOLY COW. yum!! Went back to make a fizz srobet float! Thank you

4 days in Vegas passing through for a work conference. The manager, James is super friendly and a natural with sales and creating conversations. His energy is top shelf🤌🏻

Horrible service. Rude. Waaaaay overpriced. Avoid.

Wouldnt waste a penny with this location. The tall thin african american male was so rude, we walked away and went around corner to get yogurt.
Simply ask him to show the size differences of the containers on his overly expensive ice cream and he acted like I was asking him to churn the ice cream. He abruptly places the containers on the counter and made a rude remark.

Staff said the ice cream was too frozen to scoop so we had to order shakes. The shakes were runny and not good. The cookies and cream shake tasted like some kind of fruit was mixed in it too. Grocery store Haagen Dazs is much better. Very over priced as well.

The strawberry mango smoothie was absolutely delicious! Plus, the employee was incredibly attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

As a Hospitality manager I can say that the service was garbage, if I’m paying for a high quality product I spect a high quality service. The worst Haagen Dazs I have ever been in, and more if I’m staying in a hotel as MGM.

they did not have prices for display and i only found out at the counter (2 stars because the ice cream was so good)
