We opted for a third-party “party bus tour” and were treated terribly by the security guard. I can’t write a review about the drinks or the rest of the venue because the security staff’s unprofessional behavior made our group of 10 decide to pay the cover at a different location and have a good time. If the security staff was so rude, it’s clear that the rest of the experience would have been even worse. It’s evident that they don’t care about reviews, as reflected in the negative feedback. However, it’s worth sharing this experience to warn others.

The guys at the door treated us very disrespectfully and did not let us in. We felt that we were being treated unfairly because of our race. The way we were spoken to and treated was completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very disappointing experience.
Hakkasan delivered on every level. The room is stunning, dim and dramatic without being hard to talk in! The service was attentive from the moment we sat down. We were a large party and really enjoyed ourselves there.

Bartender was bitter over the ladies drink free hour and told me multiple times I was “awful” and accused me of giving my free drinks to men and told me “I don’t care just don’t talk to me” while ordering one of my qualified free drinks. Chugged my drink in front of him to show him I WAS indeed drinking the drink and taking advantage of the free hour only for him to continue to call me “awful” and ask why I wasn’t going to the other bartenders. Fact of the matter was there was a cluster of a crowd at the front end of the bartender and a much longer line than at his end so I kept going to his end because it was not crowded and had no line but I guess it had no line because he was rude and bitter at the ladies free drink hour. Perhaps the crowd was at the other Bartender because he was more pleasant than this one. Regretted giving him a 20% tip for my first drink not expecting him to be so rude. If I could I’d give 0 stars despite the free drinks I got. Customer service was non existent

Security guard wouldn’t let me in do to a medication I had to take and even when I said I would put it in the black box and then come back for it said I couldn’t do that. I had asked to speak to a manager he said to step out and no one ever showed up. Had to go all the way back to my car to drop this off. Complete waste of an experience. Horrible way to treat someone paying for an event to have fun with friends. Never expect me to come back to this club or any club associated for that matter with you all. Hope yall take something from this and take your business elsewhere plus jam packed and A WHOLE BUNCH OF STAIRS LADIES. Theres elevators no one told us when we came in. Disappointed.

Security guards take their job too serious. I think the ear piece they wear in their ears and the suit and tir costume has them feeling like they have the 'power' to treat people rude. Left the line and went to LIV instead and it was the best decision we could have ever made.

The venue was awesome. The energy in the room was completely electric. The in-house DJ absolutely commanded the space, spinning a brilliant mix that kept the dance floor packed all night. Between the music, the incredible crowd, and the aerialists performing overhead, it felt less like a standard club night and more like an immersive party. It was the perfect blend of sophisticated style and uninhibited, fun-loving energy. A truly cool night out that proved the spirit of the original is still very much alive and well!

Tyga turned up, thanks for giving us the time of our lives and celebrating my sister’s bachelorette party! I’m genuinely not trying to kiss cheeks, the bottle service was 10/10 and we partied with everyone around us. Try to come early/on time the lines can get crazy and that’s not a vibe.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Hakkasan Las Vegas.
The treatment toward male guests felt unfair. While women were allowed to enter for free or at a very low cost, men were charged around $120 for admission. That pricing difference is one thing, but what happened inside the club was much worse.
During Tyga’s performance, from approximately 2:00 AM until 4:00 AM, the security staff refused to allow men onto the dance floor. The security guard specifically told us that no men would be allowed in during that time. Meanwhile, women would simply smile at the staff and were immediately allowed onto the dance floor.
Men are also paying customers. We paid a high price for our tickets, spent a lot of money on drinks, and deserved the same opportunity to enjoy the show from the dance floor. Treating paying customers differently based solely on their gender is frustrating and disrespectful.
I’ve visited other high-end clubs in Las Vegas where guests are treated with much more respect. In my personal opinion, Hakkasan did not make me feel valued as a customer, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I expected much better from such a well-known venue.
This is my personal view on a a place that i was looking for ward to see :(
I think many people review nightclubs based on the drinks, food, or service, but for me the real measure of a great club is the dance floor, the music, and the overall energy. Hakkasan gets those things right.
Admission is not cheap, but when the music, DJs, lighting, and crowd all come together, the experience is worth the price. I spend a lot of time searching for dance clubs that deliver a genuine dance experience rather than just a place to stand around, and Hakkasan consistently ranks among the best.
The club has an exciting atmosphere, great sound, and a dance floor that actually makes you want to dance. Whether you're visiting as a couple or with friends, it's an excellent place to spend an evening immersed in music and energy.
A five-star rating from me means something when it comes to dance clubs, and Hakkasan earns it. If your goal is to dance, have fun, and enjoy world-class DJs in a high-energy environment, this is one of the best clubs in Las Vegas.
