Hamburguesas Paquimé LV

My husband invited me to try as we drove by a few times before.
What was my surprise it was Paquimé but now no food truck. The owner update me and share the story of how the food truck got stolen and burn and had to start all over again. The ups and downs of getting the business back to running and that people had responded good, they are now located outside of a rodeo store in Nellis, right across if o’rilley autoparts. I am happy to know that they are doing the good.
We try the hamburgers and grilled meat added to the bottom in the pictures with the new menu.
It was very good, stops and give them a try, we will be back for sure.
They have stool now for people to sit down, but it this time of year it’s really cold.

Cocina norteña! It does taste like the north of 🇲🇽 Mexico, I had 3 tacos and they had lots of flavor I will be back to try the rest. The only reason I did not give the 5 starts and because it’s a food truck and I would have liked to seat indoor and Enjoy, but I get it, still brought the taste of home to

Did they close their lunchbox or move to another location??? I've been there twice, they're no longer there!!!

Takes a while to get food and parking lot is really full and hard to maneuver.

This place needs more reviews! The burgers are phenomenal and the burrito paquime they sell is HUGE and it is AMAZING! It is a little pricy just like everything else these days, and the wait can be a bit, but overall 100% worth it.

One of the best hamburgers and burritos I had in a long time. The Carne Asada burrito and fries were delicious and worth getting. The meat was so tasty and that Chile and mozzarella cheese is a perfect blend. If you like green hatch chile burger then I highly recommend getting the chihuahua.
