Always delicious, and great service

OMG. The 4 scoop sampler was Devine. I love ice cream, but this was elevated!

Experience/Environment: Mang Mang Mang. Let me tell yall. I’ve been here maybe 4x since my first experience. But all I can think about is how disappointed I was the first time so naturally I’m going to tell you about my first experience. Lol.

The taste of the ice cream is the sole reason why I did not give Handel’s a one star. The customer service from my second and fourth visit earned it another star. So now that I finally made peace with my experiences, my final ranking is a true three.

Food: The ice cream is incredible lol. Like you can’t go wrong. This is why people keep coming back. It’s Disney land of ice creams, Lamborghini’s of creamery’s, awakes your taste buds to the heavens. Buttery, smooth, taste excellence and great selection.

Service: Do better. My first visit. Let me set the scene. I’ve been wanting to try this place and as a date night, my husband decided to surprise me. I was stoked! I took my time deciding what flavor I wanted (because the list was never-ending), I get to the front of the line and I tell this young lady.. “I would like a kid scoop in a waffle cone with chocolate sprinkles.” She responded with.. “Would you like the sprinkles on the cone or on the ice cream?” I thought.. ooh fair question, I appreciated the clarification. I told her on the ice cream. Minutes later, a gentleman hand me, my ice cream (see picture, I was surprised too), I hesitated and said oh I wanted for chocolate sprinkles. He pulled his hand back and said we don’t have chocolate sprinkles. After an awkward pause, he asked if I wanted him to “fix it”. I asked how he was going to fix it if they don’t house chocolate sprinkles at all.

Moral of the story. Seems small but the young lady was just not listening and probably just didn’t care. But it mattered to me and instead of all the other great things about Handel’s I could talk about, this is the story I remember.

NTT [[Next Time Try]]: I don’t go there more. But you can’t go wrong with anything really.

Always the longest line when you arrive. But the line flies by with how quick they serve you and get you your ice cream out. And the ice cream is amazing and always taste so creamy.

Oh boy, this is definitely in my top 5 places. The 4 scoop sampler is the way to go. The choc peanutbtter yum yummm and the sizes are worth the price
