I also purchased meal prep lunches for myself, and my coworker and I both loved them. It was fresh, flavorful, and so convenient. Beyond the food, she is so kind, supportive, and easy to work with. I’d like to give a shout out to the owner of Greens And Protien restaurant on Eastern right by the 215 freeway, his name is Greg and he provides two meals a month for us, feeding 100 people each time. He’s is still helping now to continue to feed everyone.His doors are open for delivery and online ordering , where you can pick it up and take it to go . His food is super good and healthy. “Excellent experience at the Eastern location. I came here after a very disappointing visit to the Stephanie location, which is actually closer to me, and the difference was immediately clear. The staff were professional, fair, and prepared my salad with balanced portions so you can actually enjoy the ingredients.

They did not try to overcharge or skimp on toppings like it was coming out of their own paycheck. Everything was fresh, the portions were fair, and the service felt honest.

Even though the Stephanie location is closer, it is absolutely worth the longer drive to the Eastern location for better service and a fair experience. This is the location I will be returning to.“

“I kicked things off with jicama fries—spicy, crispy, and totally addictive. Then came the hummus pizza, stacked with cucumbers, tomatoes, and olives. Healthy pizza. What a concept! I can dig it. The Greek turkey bowl is a flavor bomb of seasoned turkey, fresh veggies, and feta. And don’t sleep on the sesame tofu bites—golden, crunchy, and gone in 60 seconds. I chased it all with a green smoothie and I love that they provide free cucumber lemon water on tap. Greens & Proteins hits that sweet spot where healthy meets hella tasty—definitely worth the bite!“

December 23rd is a close friend’s birthday, and we keep in close contact even though I live in Boston and he’s in Vegas. This friend serves as a police officer, and I wanted to make sure to get him a little something even though we are nearly 3,000 miles apart. I called the Protein House on LOCATION, and I was greeted my a nice young lady who informed me that she wouldn’t be able to help me with buying a gift card over the phone due to their credit card handling procedures. She passed me on to her manager - Sal. I explained to Sal what I was trying to do, and I expressed my frustration. Sal proceeded to take money out of his own pocket to make the gift card purchase possible. “Just text me your friend’s name and I’ll make sure it’s here waiting for him when he comes in.” Not only is Protein House one of the most delicious, healthy, nutrient dense food in these United States, their service is second to none. Through my brief conversation through the phone, I can only imagine the level of service someone would receive in their actual store. Merry Christmas to the people of ProteinHouse - I can’t recommend their phenomenal restaurant to you enough. I can only hope your experience is as good as mine was. Thank you again Sal!“

“I love your food but today you were off your game! I ordered Angus Cheese Steak wrap to go - wait was pretty long (20+ minutes) and when I got my To Go order I left to get back to work. Find out upon arrival at the office I got the wrong wrap 😞 I still love you guys but slow down! Everyone was frantic at the front desk - broken fryer maybe? - but that’s ok - just get the orders correct - I don’t even like chicken! Ate it anyway but dang, I really wanted the Angus wrap!!!!
