Great service great attitude!
I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Your store manager should be trained in allergies AND know how to look up ingredients in the food & communicate it to the public. This should be the standard not the exception. Not this location on Charleston and Rampart
Nobody was cleaning the dining room. I was the only one standing in line to order. The staff was taking other orders from the register. I waited about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Another customer asked for a plate & the staff said they didn't have any. He left upset cause he waited for 30 minutes.
