The vanilla soft serve was really good
But the Kuromi cup was super expensive, and not that good… really cute though but definitely not worth it!

The place could have been better too, not a lot of spots to take cute pics

Good service. Long line. Dry red velvet cupcake but the cream cheese frosting and icing saved it.

Hours were wrong. They said it opened at 10am and waited until 10:45, then gave up. The employees wouldn't even acknowledge the line forming or the question asked about what time they actually opened. They just gave us the good ol' Gen Z stare.

Stopped by Hello Kitty Cafe and it was absolutely adorable. The decor is beyond cute—pink, playful, and full of Hello Kitty charm, making it a fun experience the moment you walk in.

The atmosphere is very kid-friendly, but honestly just as enjoyable for adults who love a little nostalgia or aesthetic vibes. Everything feels welcoming and lighthearted.

The treats were tasty and well-presented, from the desserts to the drinks—perfect for a sweet break while shopping at Fashion Show Mall. Great spot for families, photos, or anyone looking for a fun, cheerful café experience. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area. 💕

I mean it's Hello Kitty! If you love Hello kitty this place is cute and perfect to visit. I stood in line for about 10mins, ordered coffee and pastries. The pastries were good I wouldn't say the best but definitely cute. The coffee was okay nothing crazy. It's picture worthy though! This cafe is in the mall and right next to the ABC store where they sell hello kitty merch too!

Broken register. I was first in line. Cashier was going to force me to get into a long line because her stupid register would not let me pay but a stupid tap. Not all cards are tap! Customer service is asking your coworker to ring up thr customer in front of you. Not my fault your register malfunctioned. I should not have to pay on a credit card because your pos machine can't take an insert!
