Cute lil place in the mall. I think the stuff was kind of expensive. Almost 10 for a slushie and 11 for a Lil cake

It was a cute experience. I got the chococat cupcake and a matcha, the matcha was yummy and chococat cupcake is extremely sweet with a huge amount of frosting on top, still yummy but chocolate death and very sugary. I think it's normal for anything sanrio to be a bit overpriced, nice to pass by if your first time there.

I purchased a matcha latte for myself and a 50th anniversary hoodie for my 11-year-old daughter. This was about 2 p.m., and they were already sold out of many of the treats, and she didn't see anything she wanted. This was already disappointing because she had been looking forward to this during our trip. I asked for a medium sweatshirt stating that my daughter likes to wear her hoodies big. The cashier came back with an adult XS of the 50th anniversary, and what she claimed was an adult medium in another version stating that the former was made bigger. When we got back to our room, my daughter tried it on, and it was super tight. I think the cashier actually showed me two XS trying to get rid of inventory. Of course, when I checked the receipt, it says no returns or exchanges. I don't appreciate being intentionally tricked into buying something that was not what I asked for.

I was so looking forward to come here. I found out that they discontinued the Hello Kitty vegan cupcake and the cafe was very dirty. Nobody cleaning the tables in between guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

So cute! Little cafe located at the Fashion Show mall on the first floor near Saks 5th Ave. they have a good amount of seating including large bench seating for large parties or community seating. A lot of photo ops for the avid Hello Kitty lovers. If you don’t want a coffee or a drink you can purchase a cup for $0.50 if you want a cheap souvenir. Friendly service too

Cute atmosphere inside lower level of the Fashion Show Mall. Lots of merch, but overpriced as she’s a rich 🐱.

Coffee is just ice... then my daughter went for a refill and they said we have to pay again. Everything is expensive here. And the iced caramel laye was very bitter for a girl.

On Saturday, they opened the store late, due to the employees felt like it was more important for them to make their own coffee, knowing there was a line of people waiting for it to open. On top of it the cupcake was cold, tasted old and disgusting! I just threw my $10 away. Never again!
