In the Fashion Show Mall and saw it.Lorenzo was so pleasant. We are going on Alaska cruise soon and Lorenzo being from Seattle knows about them and sharing with my wife.Got some drinks so good.
Amanda was the sweetest person I have ever encountered at any customer service level worker ever. She was patient, understanding, compassionate, kind & attentive. She made sure to tell us we could ask any and all questions. My uncle took advantage of that haha! He asked her like 6 questions. He would keep getting up from the couch. It was funny to watch.
