Use it to buy your coffee and it's 50% off!This place knows everything a consumer in 2024 is looking for! Huge booths with plenty of outlets. Private "study rooms" (first come first served basis, no time limits). Excellent avocado toast. Delicious coffee. Friendly staff. And a few unobtrusive bankers in case, you know, you need an auto loan.Again there is no hard sell here. They are welcoming AF and low-key have a few bankers around.Several employees politely declined to be photographed (no worries, that's why I lways ask first). The lady in the photo with the plants enthusiastically agreed to be photographed.Oh and I got some Capital One swag! Car air freshners, because umm OF COURSE!All are welcome here. Got a Capital One card? Cool! Don't have one? Also cool!I love this place.Vegetarian options: Oat milk, Almond Milk, Soy Milk

Love this concept!Love how you receive 50% off beverages if you are a cardholder.Hate how crowded this is. Hate that students camp out and take most of the space during weekdays.Hate how obnoxiously loud others are talking on their calls/conference calls/ interviews etc so the entire cafe hears everything.All in all not the worst place, definitely not the best.

This review is for the coffee served there. They use to have Peets coffee there, which is absolutely delicious. That is the main reason why I would always come here.. they stop serving Pete's coffee and now, so if something called verve coffee. If you'd like Maxwell House or Folgers, then You will love this coffee. It's not good at all. That new coffee is so bad that I feel ripped off even with the 50% off beverage deal. Peets was MUCH better. Hope they bring it back.

It is all so stupid with Cap One. I need a bank to deposit and withdraw money. Not a frigging Charbucks. Walk-in, find the 2 idiots at the banking kiosk, get approved over phone with an 8 step verification process, of course increase withdrawl limit at their ATM, go to ATM and do 3 or 4 seperate transactions to withdraw a larger sum of money. Then walk out looking at every l**** sitting in their ridiculous cafe. It's absolutely unbearable.
They serve verve coffee ! Nice love it, we had Americano and Cortado !

Amanda was the sweetest person I have ever encountered at any customer service level worker ever. She was patient, understanding, compassionate, kind & attentive. She made sure to tell us we could ask any and all questions. My uncle took advantage of that haha! He asked her like 6 questions. He would keep getting up from the couch. It was funny to watch. She strives to make customers feel welcome and at home. If she were to accidentally step on me I would apologize hahah!! I would physically fight a customer if they ever looked at her sideways. I cannot explain how nice she was to my family & I. I really hope she is getting PAID. She deserves to be at the top of that place. I loved going there. She made it to be the best experience. She is the definition of elite customer service. Amanda is the best.

Great wifing/bring laptop to wifi, wfh, study, rest and lounge spot, etc. Plenty of space with outlet plug access. Peet's coffee drinks are 50%off for capital one cardholders, snacks are full price. Free parking. Wifi isn't fast but the space, and amenities make up for it. Amazing host service. They can give you a tour.There's also:- Two private rooms are 1st come 1st seat.- ATM- All Gendar Restrooms are in the back- Self serve water- Plenty of outlets/plug access and seating everywhere.- Free parking during mall hours- Limited on food, but they do offer small healthy snacks like protein bars, almond and nut bags.- Strong AC, so bring a sweater if you're planning to stay long.Con: Okay wifi compared to many cafes. But good enough. The rest of the mall area has really slow wifi though.Located nearest to Red parking.
