Got 3 free nights on wynn app . From checking in front desk staff were excellent let us check in early as my son wasn’t very well gave us some water for him excellent girl . Our room was beautiful the whole experience of our stay was wonderful can’t wait to go again fantastic drink attendants please tip theses girls there working hard and are super on the job .. didn’t win in casino but loved every minute of it hope to back soon
We stayed in a Wynn King Suite for a few days and it was amazing! We arrived early and our room wasn't ready. We were able to give our bags to the bell desk and they held on to them while we explored. The suites guests have their own entrance and check in desk. This was nice because it was never crowded and the service was great! Our room was not ready at 3pm and we had to wait until close to 5pm. However, they did text us when the room was ready. Once we got to our room...
Not sure if it's the scent throughout the hotel or the lounge, or bougie music.. but when I am here, I am in another world. Say what you want about Steve Wynn, but his hotels and their people are top-notch. The butterflies are... a lot... and everywhere... but they grow on you.
